What crap. McCain cost us the election by saying “the economy is basically sound” a few days before the economy imploded. Rush neither makes nor breaks elections.

I feel pretty negative myself. If Romney doesn’t like it, let him do something about it. Dubya did in 2000. I went from casual contempt for the man to outright admiration after his convention speech.

It’s good to see an OH governor who gets it. Just to the east, our tax rate is a flat 3.07%. Neighbors like OH *have* to bring their tax rates down to compete.

I agree with you. Rush did not cost us the WH in 20088. McCain, although an admirable guy personally, was a walking, talking disaster. I respect him personally, but he's not my brand of Republican. I did vote for him however.
