Murdered for having a little fun. More of the usual from the Taliban.

Somebody needs to give these villagers some weaponry and a bit of training.
At least sidearms, rifles, and bayonets.
Apparently they are defenseless.

Why is there a “Taliban controlled area” in afghanistan? That shouldn’t exist by now.

Is this part of the celebration of invention and ingenuity of the Muslim people, you know the NASA feel good campaign to show the world that the Muslims are not only dirt eating bomb throwing head lopping, child raping neanderthals we thought them to be. WOW could this be another real life fantasy story like "dreams of my father" can we handle it people?

Another “Talking Heads” concert. Time for “Burning Down the House”. Who sponsored Afghanistan’s Sharia Constitution ?

...the insurgents wanted to stop the event. Well beheading everyone there will definitely do that.

"The Taliban, per se, is not our enemy." It isn't. Al Qaida was, and they've been pretty much eliminated. Now we're sitting there having those we're supposed to be turning the security over to turn their guns on our troops. It's not worth it. This massacre is a tragedy but I really don't see where it's our job to solve the Taliban problem.

Seventeen people including two women have been beheaded in a Taliban-controlled area of southern Afghanistan for taking part in a music festival. The debate over Journey's new singer being preferred over Steve Perry continues? Everyone's a critic, including these neanderthals...

I hear ya.
It would be difficult for “taliban” types to do that here in the States. There are enough armed “villagers” to make it almost impossible.

Enough US blood and money has been spent on Afghanistan. Bring our troops home, let the Afghanis deal with their own problems. They should have the full understanding that we will return with even more firepower if the likes of Al Queda take root in their country, again.
Bush set this whole en devour up for failure with his nation building schemes, and obama has only made it worse, with his weak wristed handling of it once he took command I use the term “took command” extremely loosely.
You can’t save a country that don’t want to be saved.

The Taliban sheltered and hosted Al-Qaeda, taunting the U.S. after the 9/11 attacks, a clear act of War. The Afghan people have proven incapable of appreciating or defending their freedom, they deserve the Taliban. The appropriate response is to put them on notice that the next bit of trouble out of their hell hole, they will be reading by oil lamps and drinking out of hand pumped wells for two generations and tilling their fields with mules. They will travel by ox cart on dirt roads and cross rivers by ferry, because every bridge, every railroad, every petrol facility in Afghanistan will be destroyed.

The locals know the men doing the beheading. Why aren’t they secretly eliminating the taliban one by one, night after night, house after house. The Taliban would be sh**less if they knew everytime they show their face, they are a target.

The slaughter took place yesterday in a village in the Musa Qala district of Helmand Province in southern Afghanistan - an area said to be completely under the control of insurgents. How the hell does the Taliban still have control over any area of Afghanistan?

Surprised they didn’t report it as an “accident” like they did the most recent killing of two US service members by an Afghan...
Big Media doesn’t want to muddy up their god Hussein giving Taliban Gitmo prisoners back to the Taliban.
