Alien artifact? Historical documents? A small treasure? Speculation over what might be inside a 100-year-old package that's set to be unsealed today in a small town in Norway abounds, according to Verdens Gang, a Norwegian newspaper.
Today,on August 24th, residents of the town will finally find out what's inside. VGTV.no will be live broadcasting the opening of the Norway package on Friday at noon EST.

That was boring. Looks like a bunch of old crap my grandma would’ve stashed away in a trunk. receipts, postcards, pennants, and other useless crap only a little old lady would care about.
The careful handwriting also conveys respect for the reader and that the document is worth reading, as well as making them legible. I never minded getting those briefs, although some were very hard to follow as to content. They always seemed to come from offenders with *relatively* minor offenses, who really felt there was some merit to their case.
That’s what I was wondering. Their English is good, so it seemed odd for her to make a basic error like that, if she meant 1904/1909. 1814/1819?
Maybe it was something they ordered on EBay.
All I get is a bunch of swedish commercials.
Look at the date on the package. The 26th not the 24th.

Well, I’m not sitting through two whole days of commercials in Klingon just to see a 100 year old lutefisk wearing Helen Thomas’ old underwear.
been to Norway 9 times at 3 months intervals when I was in the military doing arctic survival training and every Norweigan I met could talk great English.
Even as young as 5 they are already understanding the basics of the English language.
Crap TV though
All I’m seeing is some guy play a violin.
Joe Baden’s brain?
Have you ever noticed that handwriting style is hereditary?
When my mother was cleaning out my grandmother’s things, she came across a letter that she thought was written by her brother, but when she looked at the date, she realized that it had been written by her father, who died 6 months before her brother was born.
My sister and I both have similar hand writing to my mother and grandmother, only sloppier.
The girl singing was the highlight. Not an unpleasant show at all. A nice diversion from the routine, in fact. Takk så mye for posting.
Below the video there are are set of OPTIONS to choose what viewing SEGMENT you want. You want the last one, it shows the opening of the package.
They forgot to mention that nearby, where this package was found, was some ripped brown paper, some cut string. On the paper it says "Open August 24, 1912".
I’ve seen it in many circumstances. Mine is a wreck though, and doesn’t resemble either of my parents’.
That’s really too bad for a number of reasons. On a personal experience level, one of my kids had a horrific time writing when it was block letters, as soon as they got to script he could write fairly effortlessly. That was in the ‘90s.
LOL! I was thinking someone never got the sweater grandma sent them for Christmas, so I was in the right ball park.
A bag of Skittles and a can of Watermelon Iced Tea.
