Like this administration gives a flip about law. If it gets to SCOTUS we know it doesn’t care about law either.

If we had an honest media, this would be the lead story and big enough to knock the Akin incident off the wires.
But we don’t.

Exactly! These constitutional deviates should be absolutely inundated with lawsuits of every kind. This should be a college law project for any and every law college that has even a hint of having conservative students in its midst.
We need to turn the tables on these people. Democrats and liberals have been using our legal system against us for decades...it is time for payback...tie them up in paperwork and diverting their attention from their own machinations. Make Holder become even more blatant and more biased to the point that it clearly evident to the mainstream media that now supports him but will be relegated to prison when they finally consolidate their power.

The suit, obtained by Fox News, says the agents are being forced to "violate federal law." It says the new directive "unconstitutionally usurps and encroaches upon the legislative powers of Congress." ICE Director John Morton is also named as a defendant. Question
If a director of a US Administrative agency issues an order to that agency that directs that agency to violate US Federal Law
1. Are the employees of that agency required to follow such a directive?
2. Given that such an order would be in writing above the signature of that director would such an order be prima facie evidence of conspiracy to violate said federal law?

If the republicans would take a page out of the Dem's playbook they would find the little old Mexican lady that is playing by the rules trying to immigrate to the US and is being denied by all the illegal young men are cutting in line.
