Go Sarah!

A real conservative who knows how to win. She’s got 2010 to prove it.

Hope she’s on the phone with David Limbaugh.

They got the memo, doused it with lighter fluid and lit a match to it.

The writer is right about Chris Christie. Unfortunately Palin is wrong about a third party bid in Missouri. While I think Akin needs to go, advocating a third party bid by Sarah Steelman is misguided. We’ve seen what third party bids garner. In addition Steelman is reportedly very squishy on Conservatism.

As for Palin being the leading opposition to Bush/Christie in 2016, a whole lot of people were saying she would be the leading opposition to Romney in 2012. We don’t know what Palin is going to do in 2016.

If past indicators mean anything at all, neither does she.

The linked article states, “In time we will see current economic liberalism disappear entirely” because economic changes have “left Democrats with only the most ephemeral lifestyle and cultural issues.”

That won’t happen anytime soon. Regardless of who wins this year, 2016 will see liberals urging higher taxes on the rich and conservatives urging entitlement reform and spending cuts. The only difference will be that, if Romney wins, Republicans in Congress will be more muted about their conservatism, because they’ll follow party loyalty and not criticize the Romney administration.

As for Sarah, she might run if Romney loses this year. Given that she didn’t run this year, in an open race, I can’t see her challenging a Republican incumbent.

Mark Levin interviewed Reince Priebus last night and asked him point blank about Palin speaking at the convention. He stated unequivocally that they offered her a prime time speaking slot, but they could never work out scheduling conflicts. Levin really pushed him on it, asking him if they offered her off-time slots, but he said no, it was during the 7:00PM-11:00PM time frame. Reince said, without question, they would love to have her speak, and they tried to work it out.

Taking him at his word, there was a genuine desire to accommodate her.

>> Sarah Palin told Greta Van Susteren on Fox last night that she would support a third-party run in Missouri.

I have a lot of respect for Sarah. I think this is a bad idea. Whatever happens must happen with cooperation from Akin.

Unless there’s some preexisting, underlying resentment, I would expect Palin to be more empathetic to Akin’s situation. Maybe women feel slighted by his remarks. If so, I’d like an explanation as to why.

That is pretty much how I see things and I am ready to go to war for Madam President Palin and against anyone that stands in her path. I await her orders.

It was an error for the Republicans to bring in New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie as the key speaker at their convention.

Momma Grizzlies have LONG memories.

Do you think the GOP-e's REALLY want to have her speak? At a big festival with Mitt as the birthday boy?

SOMEone would likely get kicked in the... the... cojones!
