Gay Boy Scouts or Fake Duke LaCrosse Rapes: I Choose Conservative Christian Akins over Romney
Self | 24 Aug 12 | Xzins

Posted on 08/21/2012 7:08:56 PM PDT by xzins

Oh how soon we forget!

Sean Hannity was in the lead on the story throughout. False accusations of rape against Duke Lacrosse players made headline news. Then we learned she was pregnant. Now disbarred District Attorney Michael Nifong withheld crucial DNA evidence that proved not one of the accused had been with the accuser sexually. Subsequent DNA tests demonstrated that there would be no paternity liability on the part of any of them. She was not impregnated during her fake rape. Apparently, that happened later at her discretion.

In short, it was not a LEGITIMATE rape. In fact, it was so illegitimate that the DA lost his reputation, his office, his license, and his career.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Mitt Romney has gone on record continuing his support of a gay boy scout organization. This, of course -- continuing our sports theme -- is a triple double. Romney needed something to fit snugly between his past and present support for a gay military and gay adoption by gay couples.

Firestorm?

Nah, Romney’s homosexualism was just “fine and dandy AOK.” After all it wasn't in defense of innocent life as was Representative Todd Akins' comment that there's a difference between fake rape and legitimate rape. (See Lacrosse example above.) Also, Akins had the temerity to suggest that a receptive female partner in a willing relationship is more likely to become pregnant than is a violently assaulted woman. There is a certain hopeful logic to that whether or not one knows that violent rape does result in pregnancy.

More to the point is Akins' intent. If there were mistakes made in a rush of words, were they mistakes of the head or mistakes of the heart?

This consistently life-affirming, conservative Christian legislator has huge conservative ratings with the American Conservative Union. A graduate of Covenant Theological Seminary in St Louis, a school renowned as a bastion of traditional, bible-believing Christianity, Representative Akins earned a Master of Divinity. It is rare for one to pursue a Master of Divinity without some sense of divine calling. After all, it is the preparatory degree for ordained ministry. Also, it is among the lengthiest of masters degrees, requiring over 90 semester hours for completion when most others are in the 35-40 hour range. Finally, Akins was only addressing the subject because he was trying to make a pro-life point about saving the life of a baby resulting from rape.

Of course, this is circumstantial evidence about the intent of Representative Akins' heart. In any case, he was advocating immoral behavior as is Mitt Romney’s homosexualism.

So, if I was given the chance to replace one and keep the other....I'd be showing Boy Scout Mitt the door.

If I’m ignorant, please enlighten me. Provide precise sources for your comments. I’ll be waiting. Precise sources. Thank you.

It’s a very real issue... Akin’s ignorant comments will not help sidewalk counselors save babies this weekend.

It is absolutely right to be against abortion in cases of rape... it damages the pro-life cause when you predicate that stand on easily refutable scientific theory.

Abortion is the case of rape is wrong because it denies the humanity of the child inside the mother. Period.

Attaching some fantasy to the premise... damages the premise... and does not help save babies.

Or is it more important to be right, than to save babies?

Akin, and his apologists, need to answer that question.

Personally I see this as much to do about the RNC and their RINO enablers to discredit yet another Tea Party associated social conservative. They know no lows in their war on the social right in their efforts to cling to power. In many ways they are no better than the liberal left of the Democrat Party.

Get a copy of Morals and Dogma, by Albert Pike. This is a book published by Freemasonry.

It illustrates the philosophy of the luciferians quite well.

Of course, the best read is God’s word, but I suspect that you prefer other sources.

They truly believe that they can become gods themselves. This is the basis of the common misuse of the word ‘Saint’ by the nicolaitan churches. The ones that they appoint as “saints” are the ones that they consider worthy of godhood. They reject the Biblical use of the word.

Akin’s comments have exactly Zero to do with the so-called sidewalk counsellors. Your false dilemma is wearing thin.

Alina’s comments sure as hell give the people inside planned parenthood something to tell their mothers. Keep your head in sand on this... Pray we don’t lose the Senate because of this idiot.

Because men are ignorant of the origins of their religion doesn't automatically define them as worshipers of satan. Christians who are truly trying to glorify God should attempt to inform and educate without toxic insults about devil worship. That's a very brief synopsis directly from the bible. Your letting your personal, insulting nature to dictate your comments rather than your Christian heart. But who am I to be citing the bible? I don't even read it, right?

Get your head out of the clouds; you’re defending their victims, and I am talking about the vile takers of luciferian blood oaths, like the Bushes, Clinton, Obama, and their chief lieutennants, and the ‘priests’ that deceive their flock.

As I remember it the victim was raped with instruments and asaulted. Of course no DNA. Any DNA would be from her live-in boyfriend. Or perhaps the charge was assault, not rape? There was no trial. The examining nurses said that there was trauma to her vaginal area. I don’t call that exculpatory evidence. A trial would have brought this all out.

GOP Rules Committee Rapidly Moving to Shut Out Grassroots at 2:00 p.m. Today

By: Erick Erickson (Diary) | August 28th at 08:47 AM |

At 2:00 p.m. today in Tampa, the Republican National Committee, led by Team Romney, is moving to shut down conservative grassroots activists. I’ve been on the phone with several individuals involved in the fight who tell me that the fight is not over, it is only just starting.

Specifically, the media is reporting that the rules fight is over because Team Romney is abandoning Ben Ginsberg’s effort to allow candidates to control delegates. Under an initial proposal, delegates would, in effect, be chosen by the presumed nominee’s campaign and not based on votes in the states and delegate selection processes in the states.

That issue appears resolved, but several people I’ve spoken to this morning make clear that Team Romney and the RNC establishment are using that compromise as a red herring to distract from two major rules change proposals that would decimate Republican grassroots and prevent upstart political campaigns.

Reports that the floor fight threat is over might be designed to calm the grassroots and get them to ignore what is coming at 2 o’clock.

If she is walking into an abortion clinic she has already made her choice. If she does not make eye contact with a sidewalk counselor it is because she knows what they are going to say and she does not want to hear it. Did she file charges against the rapist? I believe rape is a horrible crime but I also know women who claim rape but don’t want to name the rapist because they do not want to get the rapist in trouble or some other foolish reason. I would be willing to bet not 1 out of 10’000 women who get an abortion have even heard of Akin. It is foolish to blame him for abortions when we have a President who says he does not want his daughters to be punished with a baby.
