That's what I'm wondering (and hoping).
This is just anecdotal "evidence", but - we were in FL last March. We spent a fair amount of time in the areas of Inverness - Ocala - The Villages - Mt. Dora - Lecanto... saw TONS of Romney signs already up in people's yards. We were stunned.
I realize this is just a small part of Florida, and of course The Villages contains many seniors. And the signs were probably left over from the January 2012 FL GOP primary. Still... it gave me some hope.
Blah, blah, blah, yada, yada, yada, humina, humina, humina... Congressman Ryan’s favorable numbers among seniors are stellar right now. What is this cretin talking about?

GOP Internals show Romney only down by 1 in Florida right now, with Rubio barnstorming the state the 1% can be easily picked up.
If it wern’t for Broward/Dade, Romney would be comfortably ahead.
Polls are always wrong so who cares. We are going to win in a landslide just like every other Tea Party election.

Our great Governor Rick Scott’s Mother campaigned with him and did TV ads. She was terrific!
Paul Ryan’s Mom could do the same.
She lives in FL and is on Medicare!
