it makes more sense to not vote or just cast a protest vote..

And that list is a best case scenario and doesn’t begin to tough on the many actions that a dictator could take to eliminate domestic opposition and cut costs by reducing segments of society which don’t have his approval.
I’ll just remind you of what he promised the Egyptian foreign minister before he helped topple Mubarak: after reelection he could double down on “the Israeli Problem”.
Massive tax increases, super-high energy prices, lowered credit rating, open borders, gun control, Supreme Court on automatic pilot to the left, a Presidency transformed into
the only branch of government, a neutered Congress,
a constitution turned into a curious piece of paper....
Now that’s a agenda!

Bam has already spoken about nationalizing some businesses, he has a goal of vastly reducing our nuclear capability(he already indicated to Medved to tell Putin he’ll have more flexiblity)his deficits will bring us to the brink (ie Greece and Spain)unemplyment will continue to rise, and on and on......
The article is predicated on the assumption that if elected he will be inaugurated
My ex-pat to the tropical paradise of my wife’s Philippine Islands.
All those Freepers who refuse to vote for Romney will be aiding and abetting Obama.
Please, hold your nose and pull the lever for Romney, as distasteful as you may find that.
It is terribly sad to see the descent of our electorate into irreparable idiocy, where this becomes not merely possible, not only likely, but past probable into actual.
BS like this may scare folks on other sites but it wont have much effect on FR ....
8. Revolution
9) Race Riots in a city near you
I’d add that Obama will continue to issue illegal Executive Orders that in effect by pass Congress and give himself vast new powers. His first use of these new powers will be to muzzle talk radio and Internet blogs and virtually end free speech. I would not put it past him to also end free elections by 2016. This is how how Caesar Chavez became dictator.
IF BHO is reelected, then by 2016:
1. Obama will be First Citizen, de facto Emperor.
2. The US Republic will be a facade, with all the power concentrated in the Executive branch.
3. Rule of law will have become a quaint memory.
4. Citizens will become subjects.
5. Government will determine what are ‘rights’ of the people.
6. The last light of western Christian world evangelism will have been extinguished.
7. Our children will have lost the blessings God bestowed upon our generation.
8) All 401(k) savings accounts will be severely regulated and taxed. The Obama administration will direct all investments of retirement plans to only government bonds, T-notes, etc. Contributions will no longer be tax free.
1) America's credit rating slides further: Under Barack Obama’s leadership, America lost its AAA credit rating for the first time since 1917. That means our country is now more of a gamble to loan money to than Microsoft. Given that Barack Obama has shown zero inclination to get spending under control or seriously tackle entitlement reform, our rating would be practically guaranteed to drop at least another notch. In other words, this country would soon have the same S&P rating as Qatar and the Czech Republic.
This is why our dear liar has the nickname: President Downgrade.
He tried spending us into oblivion, he was the cause of the Downgrade and hence the best name for him.
This should have the SDABRZ (Spittle Drooling Anybody But Romney Zealots) jumping for joy.
They’re actually looking forward to this type of state-of-affairs. The sooner America fails, the sooner they can jump in and start their Taliban-like regime. The SDABRZ’s can’t wait to start lopping off the heads of the unholy disbelievers.
Groundwork for a third term.
This is unavoidable; in fact given the definitions of credit ratings the country would be a C [IIRC].
2) The middle class will see massive tax increases
This is unavoidable unless there is an actual cut in spending; given that budgets [spending] is controlled in Congress the President is of minimal importance on this issue.
3) Gas and energy prices will be dramatically higher
These can be influenced by the president; however, they can also independently be barred by the various bureaucratic agencies that are our government.
4) Obamacare goes into effect
It was signed into law; the President cannot directly repeal the law. Also, the idea of using executive orders to issue out waivers is an affront to what little State sovereignty remains -- for it forces the states to acknowledge authorities not delegated, but wielded by the federal government, particularly the office of President.
5) The Supreme Court moves to the left
This is unavoidable if one presupposes that only Obama or Romney will win the election, because both have a recodt of appointing left-leaning judges.
6) Get ready for open borders
This is not new; it was prevalent under G. W. Bush and likely under Clinton and Bush Sr. (I'm fairly young and didn't get interested in politics at all until late.)
7) Gun control will be a priority
This is likely not avoidable. The reason is because far too many people have accepted the idea of "reasonable" gun control.
For example, gauge your own reaction to this statement: Guns should not be restricted from courthouses.
Any trepidation or concern you feel toward that statement is a direct result of [societal] programming. In real jurisprudence you would be forced to recognize that there are people who are forced to be there, who have committed no crime, and who hold the most power in the courtroom are the ones being disarmed: the jurors. Yet the USSC has ruled, multiple times, that the police have no obligation to ensure the safty of any particular private citizen; therefore any no-weapon policy imposed upon the juror is directly an assault on his ability of self-defense.
In short, Obama being re-elected has minimal impact to all seven of these issues.
