I sent this to Drudge a few minutes ago and he still doesn’t have it up.
Prayers up for the victims.
How close to its campus?
Just what we don’t need right now. Wish Judge Bean was around....hang him up boys, that is right after the trial.
I saw a post on this come past on my FB page but no info, it looked like the alert sent out to students. Prayers up for everyone.

Multiple people shot, gunman captured near Texas A&M
COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) — Texas A&M University says a shooter has been taken into custody near its campus in College Station.
College Station police spokeswoman Rhonda Seaton tells CNN multiple people have been shot, including law enforcement, but she doesn’t know the extent of the injuries. Multiple calls to Seaton’s cellphone from The Associated Press have gone straight to voicemail.
The university issued an alert on its website just before 12:30 p.m. Monday warning of an active shooter near the campus football stadium, Kyle Field. The warning tells residents and students to avoid the area.
Seaton says the shooting happened within a block or two of campus sometime before 12:45 p.m. She says police have one suspect in custody.
College Station lies about 90 miles northwest of Houston.

About right. In some instances, you’ll see stories posted here 1-2 days before drudge.
Still not up last I checked.
The Eagle, the student newspaper, reports that the incident appears to have started on Fidelity Street near George Bush Dr., not far from the A&M Former Student’s Association building.
Other media reports say the shooter apparently had barricaded himself into a building.
That’s why I always check this site first. ;-) We’re WAY ahead of most.
College Station government spokesman told KHOU-TV that “multiple casualties” were involved. NBC News couldn’t immediately confirm widespread reports that at least two police officers were among the wounded.

You ever notice that these shooting sprees almost always happen where open/concealed carry is banned? Just a thought.
