The Tax-Payer’s money belongs only to the Government Unions. Not to the people that pay the taxes.

A question : was the GI Bill unconstitutional if a vet used the money to attend Notre Dame? This issue should have been settled 65 years ago. One of these voucher schools should have the guts to say,”G ahead and sue!”

Most private schools don’t have the money to hire a lawyer. If I were them, I would talk to the other private schools and hire one lawyer to represent them all.

Opposition to voucher programs by teachers unions is nothing new across the United States, as the unions fight to keep taxpayer dollars in public schools and to keep unionized teachers in classrooms. However, the tactics of the Louisiana teachers union appears especially aggressive. Weve never seen anybody go after private schools like this, Susan Meyers, spokeswoman for the Friedman Foundation for Educational Choice, said Monday. To actually intimidate, it borders on thuggery. In Louisiana you can right your child's private school education off on your taxes. The reason the teachers unions are fighting so hard is because the long term goal of Jindal and the State of Louisiana is to privatize public education.

Article I, Sectionn 8, right after the subsection where the fedguv is authorized to spend money on education. Duh.

Can you blame them?
Just imagine school vouchers. There will be mass layoffs of the incompetent, leave-no-child-behind, it-takes-a-village, “teachers” that pollute our education system.

They should counter sue under RICO. They do not want the kids to get a real education and on top of that they load themselves up at taxpayers expense.

Oh you’d be surprised. I’ve had to deal with that bunch, and recently. Their attitude is very simple: The private sector is just fine, except for education.
