A gay Los Angeles artist who's admitted to vandalizing a local Chick-fil-A eatery is being investigated by the police.
Artist Manny Castro was so perturbed by CEO Dan Cathy's comment about gay marriage, he decided to take matters into his own hands. Castro Thursday scrawled the words "Tastes Like Hate" in huge lettering on the side of the Torrance restaurant.
To his credit, the artist came forward to identify himself as the unknown vandal, but he should at least be forced to pay restitution for the cleanup. Why should the owner foot the bill?
This week's Chick-fil-A hoopla has shown how immature Americans have become. People on both sides of the gay marriage issue completely overreacted to Cathy's remarks.
While Cathy is the CEO of a company, he is not a senator or a governor, and has no political power. If you don't like his opinions, simply don't patronize his restaurants.
But, it's pretty disgraceful to punish the local Chick-fil-A owners, and their hourly wage employees, for the actions of the CEO. They are just trying to earn a living. Castro accomplished nothing by vandalizing the local Torrance franchise.
As an historian I see a lot of things going on which the NAZI’s did .
Intimidation, thuggery, assaults, hurt business, try to close business etc.
How long before the homostapo want CFA and other places to have a yellow cross on their stores?
They are now going to have yet another day seeing as their kiss but fest was a joke, well no problems how about having a list sent out and on here on which companies give to these jokers.

Funny, but I believe 8/1/12 (America's dissolute chickens coming home to roost) may have the same awesome national effect over domestic policies as 9/11/01 did to our foreign.

We should credit him? We live in a world where criminals are proud of their crimes. Not only are they proud, they publicly brag about their crimes and expect to be praised and rewarded for them -- not only by private citizens but by those in government and industry as well.
Commit a crime, put it on your blog, then sit back and soak up the plaudits and take your bows for weeks afterward, thanking each of your fans personally for his support.
It's a sick world.
If this was about marriage then why not go after muslims, Islam, and their stores, gas stations, restaurants, and mosques?
No they have their freak parades, they say they're proud of how they have their sex, they then mock Christians at their parades, funny they don’;t do it to muslims.
Course I won't hold my breath for the media to actually ask themthis and report this bigotry.
Now they plan another event seeing as their last one was a massive failure, and this is all about them having sex with another guys ass etc.

I don’t care how many times they repeat the term and how much they stamp their feet but there never has been and there never will be such a thing as gay marriage. That much was settled a long, long time ago.
