...but head is firmly up his ass. Plus, he went out of his way to say he was heterosexual? That reminds me of the old Sir Charles Chaplin quote:

Folks here seem to like to throw that little cliche around. It’s always such a pissy, self-righteous statement, in my mind.
My stock answer is always, “I’m not.”
If you don’t like me or something I did, you can just say so. But don’t pretend to tell me who I am. You don’t even know me.
He aspires to be an a-hole. He hasn’t learned a thing from this.
Any manager or executive who hires him for a position with supervisory responsibilities is putting their company at risk of being embarrassed or worse if he goes off publicly again. Personally, I wouldn’t have him as a file clerk. People like him poison the work environment.

Yep, he has less character than a sewer rat and has real personality problems. He will be a problem in any work environment even as an unskilled hourly employee. As a manager he would be a major liability.

Doug, I saw a picture of his wife with a black child on an Atheist’s site.......IIRC it said the children were adopted......I think there are 4.
Well, I went and watched his apology. He should have simply stopped at “I’m sorry.”
I honestly think Mr. Smith needs to shut off his computer and spend some time clearing his head. This was a sad mishmash of barely-coherent political correctness and his talk of people as “collateral damage” is especially disturbing.
For his and his family’s sake, I hope he can get his life back on track.

When someone looks up and away from the camera as he does several times during the video, he is lying. Classic tell.
My guess is that he’ll be working for the Obama campaign in some capacity. Who knows, he might be the campaign equivalent of the circus geek that travels with each venue and is called upon to bite the head off a symbolic CFA chicken....
I feel sorry for his wife and children. She chose her mate poorly; worse yet, she had four children with him. She needs to get rid of him and move on.
As for him? Screw him. He got what he deserved and no amount of self-serving displays will change anyone’s mind I think.
Adam also speaks of 'empathy' but again, it's ONLY empathy for people on his side. That's soooooo self-serving. It's as if conservatives bragged about our 'great empathy' because we understood gun owners... or how big we were standing for the 'human rights' of people who believed in traditional marriage... I don't feel Adam understands my position - he doesn't 'empathize' with me or with traditional Americans.
I don't think Adma's capable of empathy. He has 'his side' the side he supports and likes - and our side - the side he hates. Where's the 'empathy'?
Here's what Adam is REALLY saying: When I say "human rights' I mean rights for liberals only. As a liberal elite I don't use that term when talking about Christians, conservatives or traditional people because I don't see them as 'human'. When I say 'empathy' I mean concern and caring for myself and others who feel the same way I feel. I don't care how conservatives think, feel, or live. And when IIIIIIIII say BIG PICTURE I mean the world as seen by a liberal elite - like me... You traditional people can't see the BIG PICTURE... And the woman I belittled? Well, she's a little person - and I, being so much better, should have been 'kind' to her... I'm really after the corporation and big conservatives who I hate so much I lost it. Now can I have my job back?
