House Republicans will file a civil suit against Attorney General Eric Holder during the August recess, House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) has told NBC News.
House Republicans will file suit in an effort to compel Holder to release documents associated with the failed "Fast and Furious" gun-walking operation.
"We'll be filing a civil case during the break," Issa told NBC, "We will expect a day in court before a federal judge, which we have a 100 percent chance that the judge will hold that these documents should be delivered."
During negotiations between House Republicans and Holder in June, the White House invoked executive privilege on the documents Issa had requested for his investigation. Issa says that a federal judge should find that executive privilege does not apply to the documents he is requesting.

Zero will probably issue an executive order granting Holder immunity from prosecution under the aegis of some bogus civil rights protection for Holder. I know that’s illegal but WTF, zero has violated the Constitution so many times that no one will notice.

Judge, what judge? Does the judge have a gun? A SWAT team? Will they take a “ruling” from this judge, roll it up and poke holder in the eye with it?
This is how they are going after the guy who has most of the guns and who has no legal or ethical constraints to get in his way?
Hopefully, this serves a purpose that I don’t yet understand. I have come to have more trust and respect for Issa, but I don’t trust Boehner and company.

One thing about UM is that the WHI accurately portrayed the role of Valerie Jarrett in the indecisiveness of Zippy in the Osama raid, and that was very shortly after it happened a year ago May. That has been borne out.The WSI is having an effect financially as you see the Zippy campaign NOT drawing the cash it did four years ago.

So will I and I say that back in the fifties when I was in grade school people who talked that way were routinely locked up in state mental hospitals to prevent them from harming themselves or others. Idiots were recognized as idiots in those days, not elected to congress, let alone made speaker of the house. This must be the greatest of all times in the history of humanity to be an idiot.
