Usually do NOT eat out... However, I like the chicken salad sandwich; my daughter prefers the chicken wrap; my sons enjoy the nuggets. We have ordered food from Chick-Fil-A THREE times since last Wednesday!!

I couldn't have guessed that a fast-food chain would end up marking the battle-line in the culture war, but it sure seems to be shaping up that way.

All, the next time (or the first time) you go to Chick-Fil-A, ask the cashier for a bumper sticker or window decal. Let your car wear it proudly.

...BTW...I've only eaten at Chick-Fil-A four times in my life. Three of those were this past week. So, I haven't settled on a "favorite" yet.

However, based on the posts and pictures on this thread, I'm going to order my new "favorite" this coming Wednesday: Spicy Chicken Deluxe on a wheat bun, waffle fries, and a peach shake.

This whole hullabaloo is asinine! I don't doubt for a minute that it is for pure political theater - the REAL kind - to stir up the culture wars. Watch, some doofus reporter will make it a question in the presidential debates. I'd love to see a bunch of citizens rise up in protest in Chicago and Boston complaining that they aren't allowed a Chick-Fil-A in their neighborhoods and then watch their mayors squirm.

There are two in Franklin. Always busy. The one in Cool Springs has two drive thru order stations and at lunch time they hire a parking lot attendant.

He moves the traffic along. That part of Cool Springs in the strip mall area is compact...not enough parking.

Our manager at work yesterday came in to our morning meeting with enough of the little chicken sandwich bites to feed 200 people. He brought enough for the whole plant!!!! He didn’t say anything but had a huge grin on his face. There are probably 200 people that work first shift and he said he would bring more for second shift.

Hey D1 the thing is a Major-Power-Play by the liberal left and is un-folding right before our eyes. This is a test shot if they get the power to intimidate a major business like this then what do you think they will start doing to any small business, church, politican, or any freedom loving individual that disagree with them? This is a big picture issue we have to make a stand this is about freedom of speech of lack there of if the left gets it’s way.
