On Tuesday morning, all three met with a staffer and were driven to the restaurant and arrived shortly before Obama. The three said the restaurant workers and other patrons received notice only a few minutes before the president arrived.
Foeller and Dilley said Obama ate half of a cheese sandwich and skipped the ham in his split pea soup. "He's a pretty tall and slender guy," said Dilley. "Maybe that's why."

I hear Obama loves dogs; he just can’t eat a whole one by himself.
Actually, neither a Muslim nor a Jew would have eaten any of a soup that had ham cooked in it. (Though I do recall Norman Podhortz once citing a rabbinic regulation about maximum levels of non-kosher contamination which are considered innocuous under Jewish law. But it had to be unintentional and I’m sure it’s exceeded even in amount by the ham in any half-decent split-pea soup recipe.)

Wasn’t making a direct correlation here. I personally believe Obama’s a Muslim.

Neither of the main Muslim sects considers the Black Muslims to be orthodox, but Farrakhan said that he had reconciled with them (I’m not sure which one), and I bet Bambi is giving the wink-wink, nudge-nudge to this group and to the “mainline” Muslims as well.

Ahh, that's because Judaism is reasonable. Moslems must pick their teeth clean for fear that even a molecule of food might become dislodged during the day thereby breaking the fast. How many ritual oblations that incurs, I have no idea.
When he stopped at a famous bbq joint in South Carolina during the 2008 campaign, he ordered chicken. As far as I’m concerned, if you go to a southern bbq joint and don’t order some kind of pig, something’s wrong with you.
Why mention it? Nothing published by reporters close to the admin isn’t edited by them first. The admin made sure the paragraph was there.
That’s what’s odd about it. Reporters reporting on carefully planned spontaneous events involving high profile liberal politicians is de rigeur. The ham thing though is something the admin wanted in there.
I remember the idiotic footage of Bill and Hillary trapsing on the beach, arm in arm, arranging rocks into messages of love, embracing near a waterfall. I threw up a little in my mouth when I saw that spread. People are that stupid too, to think that was anything but planned.

Some sects and cultural differences in Christianity and Catholicism avoid pork as well. I know several Peruvian Catholics who don’t touch pork in any way.
Are the followers schooled in a Madrass? Have the followers publicly promised to “stand by moslems?”
If we were only looking at one or two minor incidents than it would be easy to ignore. Unfortunately, this is just one more of many indicators that he isn’t as “Christian” as he claims.
Don’t misunderstand me. I believe Obama is a Muslim. He’s said so himself on numerous occasions and his behaviors point to it.
I’m simply pointing out that more than just Jews and Muslims adhere to the practice of not eating pork.
