Hmmm...sounds like a setup. You have information about drug dealing at a location, but not enough for a warrant. So you do a bait car style fake traffic stop at the location, which puts your drug dog in proximity, which confirms the suspicion. Question is, do you now have to get a warrant? Suppose the judge on duty is a liberal?

Questions, questions...if you walk your drug dog down Main Street and he alerts on a passerby, do you have to get a warrant for that?
