Bring some of that rain our way. We could sure use it.

Meanwhile in East Tennessee, we are in monsoon season.

It has rained several times a day for at least two weeks. It rains heavily every afternoon and again some time in the night All the plants are green and lush as never seen before in July. The total exceeds 8” for July thus far

It’s easy to fall asleep on the road out there.

It is and it’s happening a lot lately. They weren’t that far from home, though........

Funny thing is that these things often happen close to home.
It happened to me over 30 years ago bout 1.5 mi from home.

It seems that people relax when they are in familiar settings, and just get complacent or nod off.

Thats what happened to me.
I snapped to when I went off the road, over corrected and when the tires hit the pavement they grabbed and the vehicle flipped.
