Sheriff Joe Arpaio appeared on the Mike Broomhead show today to discuss the results of an investigation he had conducted into President Obama’s alleged birth certificate, including a trip to Hawaii to try to gain access to the documents.
Characteristically, Arpaio did not hedge his statements with any qualifiers, stating unequivocally that the document released to the public was a fraud, and that “anybody [who's] an adult can get a birth certificate” in Hawaii, presuming you live there for a year and pay your taxes and phone bill. Arpaio did call for an investigation into this, at minimum, suggesting that even if President Obama’s birth certificate is left off the table, it should be a relevant question why Hawaii is allegedly issuing birth certificates to anyone who lives there for a year. No matter what happens regarding the Congressional investigation, one has to note that, if the practice Arpaio alleges actually happens, then it also introduces a thorny problem for those who argue that the President’s birthplace is not a settled issue. Clearly, Obama spent more than a year in Hawaii, and if the government is willing to retroactively issue birth certificates to anyone of whom this is the case, then it is effectively impossible to prove whether the certificate on record for Obama is, in fact, the one that was issued at his birth, since it would be dated and filed retroactively as though it had happened immediately.
Arpaio must have been aware of this problem, because when asked about what he wanted to happen to the President, he replied only, “I’m not telling him what to do, to tell him

You are right. He was the ONLY one who spoke of real issues and got to the core of what needs to be corrected. No one else did and voters were too mesmerize by rhetoric of candidates who had no accomplishments to be president. Naive, silly, immature voters, where it was all about them/their candidate and NOT what was BEST for America.

As for Mitt Romney, he'll stand on a street corner and tell a christian voter he's against gay marriage and all for traditional marriage, and he's pro-life. Then he'll cross the street and tell a liberal that he's pro-gay marriage and pro-choice. I've stated several times that Mitt Romney is the republican version of John Kerry.

Maybe his press conference was anti-climatic, but so far, only ONE official in this Country has seen fit to uphold The Constitution and question Hussein 0bama - Sheriff Arpaio. Personally, I don’t expect any Sec of State in ANY state to have the backbone, or gonads to question the kenyan. Apparently they love life more than liberty.
That was my attempt to tell the person I was replying to that it’s not only the media overshadowing Obama’s forged birth certificate harping on Romney’s tax returns but also the republicans (Perry) are ignoring Obama’s forged birth certificate by harping on the tax returns.

Ok. What I want to know is where are all the Freepers that for months defended the supposed “Birth Certificate” as not being photo shopped. As being “original”. As being “legal”. You have posted a very sad truth, but I am not going third party.....yet. I want to see the look on bambi’s face, and his supporters, when he loses, hopefully in a landslide. I also want to see the shock and awe when he refuses to leave the white house. Or maybe there won’t be any shock and awe, congress may just shrug and say “oh well” as they have been doing for years regarding this felonious fraud.

The statement of the Assis.AttyGen does say "Birth Certificate" NOT "Birth Records" Anyone who can trace original source would maybe shed light on this.
