The one digits in the serial number have inconsistent serifs even when considering the varying sampling/reproduction characteristics of the individual digits. If I recall, the one digits are also pitched in a manner inconsistent with wheels mounted on the same spindle, and molded from the same die.

The document seems to be a spoof more than an actual forgery attempt. Nonetheless, I am curious about how is was produced, and if there’s a reasonable explanation for the serial number anomalies.

I hope so, but I doubt they have found anything substantial. Obama has had too much time to cover his tracks. It always seems that someone is about to reveal the truth but it never happens. Heck, I am still waiting for the shoe to drop on Bill and Hillary over those missile guidance plans they handed the Chinese. We could, however, get lucky this time.

Unfortunately I think the media will continue their cover-up. During the press conference, Arpaio could parade the forger around in handcuffs and the media will keep on looking the other way.

What it's going to take is at least one brave secretary of state to embrace Sheriff Joe's findings and strike 0bama's name off the ballot. Do that and this story explodes.

I saw Lord Monckton talk of a clipping mask on the border of the WH LFCOLB.PDF. This is clearly manual intervention - no scanner would or could put in a clipping mask.

He also said there was evidence as to the identity of the person that made the changes, in the PDF file.
