Looking to see who's voting for Sarah Palin for President?
Moron.
Next for GOP leaders: Stopping Sarah Palin (October 31, 2010)
Top Republicans in Washington and in the national GOP establishment say the 2010 campaign highlighted an urgent task that they will begin in earnest as soon as the elections are over: Stop Sarah Palin.
Interviews with advisers to the main 2012 presidential contenders and with other veteran Republican operatives make clear they see themselves on a common, if uncoordinated, mission of halting the momentum and credibility Palin gained with conservative activists by plunging so aggressively into this years midterm campaigns.
(snip)
"There is a determined, focused establishment effort
to find a candidate we can coalesce around who can beat Sarah Palin," said one prominent and longtime Washington Republican. "We believe she could get the nomination, but Barack Obama would crush her."
(snip)
The stop-Palin talks are by no means coordinated among the various campaigns. But top advisers for most of the 2012 hopefuls told us the candidates as well as many establishment figures are fixated on the topic, especially on how to keep her from running or how to deny her the nomination if she does run.
Hey! The line starts back there buddy!
I (and others) stated in the primaries that we would not vote for Romney. I guess we have to sacrifice our principles for the sake of the lesser of two unthinkables. It is not going to happen. We are down to two choices, both of whom I consider it morally wrong to support.
Yep. Furthermore, it will cause recent history to repeat itself.
Conservatives wouldn't rally around one candidate in the primaries. No one was perfect enough. End result: Romney.
Now many conservatives won't rally around Romney. End result: Obama.
Let’s not get ridiculous. Writing in anyone who isn’t an officially registered candidate is a wasted vote. It simply won’t get counted. Writing in Daffy Duck will get you the same result—nothing. If you want to write in a protest vote, you need to vote for someone who’s registered with the FEC as an official candidate. And there’s plenty of those.
why do you have to lie you SOB? rino romney has frozen out Sarah and if you donts wants to believe it, that’s your freakin’ problem.
How do you know that? For all we know, she could be voting for Virgil Goode or Gary Johnson. They're ABO too.
This is also from Politico. I am sure Politico is looking out for Sarah’s best interest.
Would never happen. Mitt wants the spotlight all on himself.
But here's something reasonable Mitt could do RIGHT NOW. He could announce that Palin will be Secretary of Energy in his cabinet. And he could give her a speaking role at the convention.
The base would love it. It's a win for everyone involved. And as an added bonus, it would drive the MSM crazy.
It's an established fact that GOP-E hitmen like Rove and Rollins are big pals with Mike Allen, and use Politico as their weapon of choice against Conservatives like Palin.
A vote for Palin for President is actually a vote for the usurper which I will not do.
Now for VP - I will absolutely write her in! I don’t think Romney is going to choose wisely. Of course the REPUBS didn’t choose wisely with their Presidential choice either, but again a vote for any other will be a vote for bambi. I’m not taking that risk!
There are three types of people in this world. Those who can count, and those who cant.
Not mocking or ridiculing anyone. Just stating the way it is. Do with your vote as you wish.
Sarah Palin is not running for POTUS.
Sarah Palin is not running for POTUS.
Not a bad idea! But the President and Vice President run as a team. I wonder if writing in Palin for VP will invalidate your ballot.
Glad I made a stop on this thread!
