Also released is the statement of "Witness 9," a woman who says Zimmerman is prejudiced against blacks and that he molested her when she was a child.

One lady in the jury pool I was involved with, stated: “Any charge that a man has committed a sex crime upon them by a woman, is 100% true and never false.”
The lady who ran the Sexual Assault Victims’ Advocate office said something similar during a First Sergeant’s meeting. Everyone in the room gave her the “You Must Be S******g Me” look, including the women!
They (the state) have to convict this guy, so they will find a way to do it one way or another.
The facts stopped being important when the racial tensions started to rise.
Why in the sam hill does trying to kiss a black person mean you're prejudiced against them? Sounds to me like if the story were true (which I completely doubt), he had a certain like for the girl. I never did try to kiss someone I was prejudiced against.
I'll say it again as I've said it before. This case is nothing at all and has never been about racism; it's about the 2nd amendment right to bear arms, and is an attempt to get as much public opinion and political opposition as possible to come out against CCW and stand your ground laws, even though there's nothing here about stand your ground.
My goodness. A hostile witness. Who could imagine?
She won't be called into court. What she has to say is irrelevant. The claim that GZ was racist fell apart on her telling it. It turns out that George is racist in her opinion because his mother voted against Obama in 2008.
I don't know who looks worse -- this Witless #9 or Corey who released her statement or Lester who ordered it released or the Crump Team who were counting on it.

This is from the article, absolutely no claim of any racist statement by Zimmerman: “that Zimmerman’s family was known to be racist, but she did not recall any specific statement or act by Zimmerman to illustrate the point.”
Incredible, yet I saw storiess all day that she said he was prejudiced against blacks.
I don’t know what he did with this girl, but it’s a bizarre thing that has nothing to do w the shooting. Something that supposedly went on from age 8 to “about 18”. How’s that for a stretch to make him cross into being an adult at the very end? He was either 18 or he wasn’t, and headlines saying he “molested a minor” - yeah, when he was 8 years old!
Somebody earlier gave a quote by Judge Lester, basically saying that those who believe Zimmerman is racist will pounce on this and those who don’t won’t believe it anyway.
So yes, he did sign off on this stuff being released. The question I have is this: Who is ever gonna talk to the police candidly about anything, if everything that gets said to the police can be paraded around in the national media?
This gal may have just been giving her gut-level thoughts to the police; she said flat-out that she never saw him exhibiting racist behavior. But at this point what’s being done is libel, within a legal context. Could Zimmerman sue her for libel?
At this point it seems to me that the JUDGE and PROSECUTOR are engaging in libel by releasing what appears to be totally baseless accusations.
Next is Judge Lester going to let the public hear everything that a battered wife says to the police about her husband - (never mind whether her husband will find out and kill her for talking; consequences be damned, right, Judge Lester?)? How about interviews where rape victims give the gory details of the rape? Is all that public information - and totally acceptable in the eyes of a judge because people are going to believe what they want to believe anyway?
Nobody can see the records which show whether or not multiple government offices at both state and federal levels have actually committed fraud, perjury, forgery, and misprision of a bunch of different felonies involving Obama’s records - all because of some phony interest in “privacy” - and yet this crapola judge allows unsubstantiated claims to be aired all over the country so that an accused man will NEVER be able to get a fair trial.
I thought it was impossible for me to feel more contempt for our lawless judicial system than I already do but alas, the system is going farther into negative territory than I thought even existed.

Did Mr Zimmerman eat a dog.
This case is becoming insane. Why don’t they skip the courts and just hang him.
There are such glaring examples in the news if you are paying attention at all. Like you say, men and even women know better. It’s rather tragic when someone is that blinded to reality.
I forget the exact circumstance here relatively recently, where a woman... oh yes I remember.
Remember that Black guy that spent seven years in prison because a high-school girl claimed he raped her? I ran into people here who refused to believe she was telling the truth when she recanted. People defy logic at times. I don’t know what else to say.
Had she seen George Zimmerman disparage blacks or act as if he hated blacks, she was asked.

I haven’t listened to the interview. Did this gal actually say that she believed Zimmerman’s mother to be racist because she didn’t vote for Obama?
If so, then the doo-doo needs to hit the fan really, really fast - because Angela Corey is introducing the standard that anybody who votes against Obama has just produced evidence of racism, which can be used in a court of law against them (or actually even their FAMILY MEMBERS) if they are ever accused of anything else.
This is big-time crap, and both Angela Corey and Judge Lester need to be SLAMMED for it, big-time. This is a person’s vote in the ballot booth being used against them by a government prosecutor. This rivals the garbage done by the Teamsters, and is precisely why we have private ballots.
ZIMMERMAN DEFENSE RESPONDS TO WITNESS #9 STATEMENTS
ON 16 JULY 2012
Today the State released Witness #9’s Statements along with Mr. Zimmerman’s phone calls from jail in response to the Court’s July 13 order.
In her statements, Witness #9, who is George Zimmerman’s cousin, alleges that Mr. Zimmerman inappropriately touched her beginning when she was 6 and Mr. Zimmerman was almost 8, and that it continued on occasion until she was 16 and Mr. Zimmerman was 17.
The defense moved to block the public release of Witness #9’s statement in a motion filed on June 18, 2012 contending “The content of this statement is not relevant to the issues of this case, and it would not be admissible in the State’s case in chief.” The motion further contends that this irrelevant statement should be withheld from public dissemination because of the substantial risk that public disclosure will lead to widespread hostile publicity which would substantially impair the Defendant’s fair trial rights, and would pose a serious threat to the administration of justice.
That request was denied on July 13, 2012 by Judge Lester. Because there is a Motion for Disqualification pending, this morning, we asked the prosecution not to release Witness #9’s statement until there was a ruling on the Motion for Disqualification. This is an appropriate request as, should the motion for disqualification be granted, reconsideration of recent rulings by the judge is appropriate. However, the prosecution elected to make the public disclosure anyway.
Now that this statement is part of the public record, the defense will vigorously defend Mr. Zimmerman against the allegations. In the next several weeks, there will be reciprocal discovery filed regarding Witness #9’s statement

IOW, it is about to be documented with hard, cold evidence that George Zimmerman’s cousin, Witness #9, is a lying, non-credible, vindictive whore.
She’s the one who chose this path.
Somebody needs to remind her of what Eric Holder has enforced in the voting rights division: it is impossible for a black to be racist. Zimmerman is part-black so this case should be over; Eric Holder should at least be consistent in his policies and refuse to investigate or prosecute this charge.
Or does that only apply for Black Muslims? Like the ones who put up a bounty for George Zimmerman, dead or alive - without consequences from anybody.
