A Latina aide to the lieutenant governor of Florida has been caught up in a sex scandal involving her boss.

A former employee of Florida Lt. Gov. Jennifer Carroll claims the Sunshine State’s second in command had a tryst with top aide Beatriz Ramos, and even caught them in a “compromising position” inside Carroll’s office.

The lieutenant governor denies the allegations, which were included in a court filing made late last week by the attorney representing former top aide Carletha Cole. Cole was arrested last October on charges that she gave an illegally taped conversation with another Carroll aide to a newspaper reporter.

This AP article reads like an FBI file summary - too bad the writer/reporter has no by-line.

You may be on to something here (Soros paid). This allegedly loyal Republican employee who only blew the whistle to prevent any damage to Governor Scott, suddenly is an Obama supporter. Check out her twitter feed- she has a petition to impeach the LG, and lots of cheery stuff about Obama.

How a political communications director could NOT know whining to the media about your boss on the record will inevitably lead to termination, boggles the mind. It did, and she followed up by releasing an illegally taped conversation to the same liberal reporter in Jacksonville. So she got arrested. No surprise there.
