1 week later, MittRomney.com still recommends judicial activist John Roberts

As president, Mitt will nominate judges in the mold of Chief and Justices Scalia, Thomas, and Alito. These justices hold dear what the great Chief Justice John Marshall called the basis on which the whole American fabric has been erected: a written Constitution, with real and determinate meaning. The judges that Mitt nominates will exhibit a genuine appreciation for the text, structure, and history of our Constitution and interpret the Constitution and the laws as they are written. And his nominees will possess a demonstrated record of adherence to these core principles.

You know dam well that when Romney said that everyone including you thought Roberts was a good judge.I don't think Roberts was bribed or threatened. I think Roberts is a liberal, just like Romney. That's why Romney liked him then and that's why Romney likes him now. And, that's why Romney would appoint judges like Roberts.
But, you know what? It doesn't matter because Romney isn't going to be appointing anyone to anything because Romney isn't going to be holding any more public offices.

I have never witnessed a person so in love with a candidate ever! You are obsessed with Romney. Is it the hair? His liberalism? His handomeness?? You are one of the few who literally loves Romney sorta the same way as the Obama fans loved their crush on Obama. You do know he is married, right???

It’s on the Mitt Romney website. Did you look?
It’s unfortunate. Clearly that was from before the Obamacare SC ruling, but Mittens should strike Roberts’ name from the list.
I would monitor the Romney site to see if they scrub it out like a bad stain. If the Romney campaign does remove Roberts’ name, that’s a good sign.

Agree with you. Listen everybody, it is OUR job to ride Romney's behind and TELL HIM when he fails to do the bidding of We The People. He wants to win, and he knows We the people can make that happen. Get on Facebook, and leave messages for Romney about traitor Roberts and Romney's web site. Don't know if Romney and/or his staff realize what's on the website, or if they've gotten the message from We the People to UPDATE his website and remove traitor Roberts’ name.
Get on Facebook and put your displesure to good use...do something about it and start leaving messages for Romney..REMOVE TRAITOR ROBERTS’ NAME FROM ROMNEY'S WEBSITE!
Let's get this done.

Chief Justice Roberts and Professor Richard Lazarus will teach United States Supreme Court in Historical Perspective for one credit.
Anyone know who all might have accompanied the Chief Justice on his Malta vacation gig? Any pics of the nuclear family extant?

Why should I? It obviously would serve no purpose where you and your fellow Romney-haters are concerned.
You are the epitome of the person who cuts of his nose to spite his face. You are the cowboy stranded in the heart of "injun" territory who has determined to walk out because the only horse available is ugly and you would feel embarrassed to be seen on it.
I can tell you the single most important positive thing about Romney I find so appealing, HE'S NOT BARACK OBAMA. HE WILL NOT GO OUT OF HIS WAY TO DESTROY OUR NATION.
Sorry for the all caps, but I like to provide extra help for the rationally impaired.

Altura was a hardcore Bush bot when that dumbo was in office. Methinks he/she works for the RNC - hence the dogmatic adulation of whomever the GOP nominates.

Amazing.
ABOers who vote for Romney with their eyes wide open, are going to have swift, painful buyers remorse if the bastard wins, especially if he wins on a "popular mandate" landslide.
