1 week later, MittRomney.com still recommends judicial activist John Roberts

As president, Mitt will nominate judges in the mold of Chief and Justices Scalia, Thomas, and Alito. These justices hold dear what the great Chief Justice John Marshall called the basis on which the whole American fabric has been erected: a written Constitution, with real and determinate meaning. The judges that Mitt nominates will exhibit a genuine appreciation for the text, structure, and history of our Constitution and interpret the Constitution and the laws as they are written. And his nominees will possess a demonstrated record of adherence to these core principles.

Romney still holding firm with his progressive ideology. Everything else is fluff.

As president, Mitt will nominate judges in the mold of Chief Justice Roberts and Justices Scalia, Thomas, and Alito. Good move, for he needs proven people in positions of power who can lead on his side just in case he wins in November.
The more time marches on the more I am convinced that Romney is better off just keeping his mouth shut and sliding into the Oval Office in November.

I don’t know when he said that, but today or yesterday he said entirely the opposite.
This is an old rehash designed for the same tired old motive.
Electing Obama.
Hope you enjoy 4 years of Obama.

Why not just look at judges he appointed as governor?

“Just wait till you see what he does once he has the official nomination.”
What he will do is underscore just how empty the GOP really is. Looooong learning curve here, and for sentimental reasons people are unwilling to cut loose. He will go hasten the departure though, so that is not entirely a bad thing.
Both parties are holes in our bucket.

Next year, look for even more money (debt) to your local governments to keep more eyes and ears on you all for the next wave of officious robberies.

You know dam well admitting that would require the Romney haters to be intellectually honest and consistent. It's not in them any more than it is in any liberal.
Hatred knows no reason, sees no truth, brooks no dissension. It is blind emotion released out of fear with the intent to destroy. It is never uplifting, never affirmative, and never, ever rational.
They decry anyone who dares confront them with the truth, any vote for a third party candidate or refuses to vote in a pique of self-righteousness is a tacit vote for Obama.
