Anyone know what the article is referring to? Which recent speech? I looked on the WH website, and there is nothing like this anywhere in the two remarks he gave/released for the Fourth.

Such “Christians” have a very weak understanding of their own righteousness (they have NONE, and NONE can be “earned” through works).
That, in a nutshell, is the basis of “liberalism” at least at the sheeperal, not the communist control-freak level - it’s a works-based righteousness model, and even worse, and more it’s a LAZY works-based righteousness model where you don’t actually sacrifice of yourself to do good works, but you force others to sacrifice of themselves to do good works to earn YOUR “righteousness”.
