Anyone know what the article is referring to? Which recent speech? I looked on the WH website, and there is nothing like this anywhere in the two remarks he gave/released for the Fourth.
OK, I found it - September 2010 speech... On Youtube back then, and reposed on 15 Jun of this year, which probably confused the original author (Phyllis Schafley).
