Here's the CNN clip:
http://cnnpressroom.blogs.cnn.com/2012/07/02/dnc-chair-tells-cnn-health-care-is-a-penalty/?iref=allsearch
From her mouth: "It's not a tax".
The Internal Revenue Service would be the easiest enforcer of penalties against those who refuse to comply for those who fail to not pay the tax that isn't.
This is a penalty that will be assessed on the tax return if you choose to roll the dice and make us all pay for your being irresponsible and increase all of our health care costs...Were not going to tolerate that any more in America. You have to be responsible and you have to pay a penalty if you choose not to be..."

I don’t look at her as being ‘frizzy haired’........I think she washes her hair in Crisco. (The butter flavored kind)
OMG - I hope you aren't referring to me!
(*grin*)
These people act as if a Health Reimbursement Account is a major crime.
Why should somebody like Rush Limbaugh pay for insurance for IUD’s and abortions, when he’ll never need them and can easily pay out-of-pocket when he is checked out for a heart attack in a Hawaii hospital? Or whatever else comes up.
The reason people have HRA’s is because the amount they would pay for insurance and deductibles would exceed what they would pay out-of-pocket if they simply paid the medical bills themselves. Some people have only catastrophic insurance.
And why does the government think it is their business anyway? Right now the people who abide by the laws have auto insurance to cover not only their own responsibilities but also to cover damages that are the responsibility of people who drive without being insured. We are DOUBLE-COVERED. Same thing with home-owner’s insurance. We’ve got insurance in case we get injured through somebody else’s negligence and they can’t pay medical expenses, AND we have insurance in case somebody gets injured while on our property, whether it is because of our negligence or not. We are double-insured. If everybody was double insured, we would have expenses covered FOUR TIMES for every one actually medical expense.
As it is right now, the insured people are picking up the tab for those who are not insured - making sure that doctors and medical facilities get enough to keep them in business in spite of the people who get services that they can’t pay for. The free market is already taking care of this problem. It would be nice if insurance rates did not have to include the cost of covering for the uninsured who can’t or won’t pay for their own medical costs, but just by virtue of the government being involved - and THEM pocketing the penalty money, not giving that money back to US, the ones who are paying the medical bills for those who won’t - health insurance costs are going UP, not down.
Why should the federal government rake in money as a reward for me paying somebody else’s bills? This is just a money-raising scheme for the feds - which does NOTHING to relieve the fact that we who are insured are paying for the “free-loaders”, and simply adds MORE TAXES to all of us to pay for this massive ponzi scheme by the federal government.
GRRRR.
Yep! Disobedience will NOT be tolerated!
We are finally beginning to see what Obama hath wrought, just as predicted in this 2008 article:
http://www.americanthinker.com/2009/05/barack_obama_the_quintessentia_1.html
“The US is heading in to a long night of darkness, and the world will follow suit.
All that remains is do we allow it or put up a fight.”
I intend to fight with everything I have, and implement plan B which is focusing on State level Nullification, interposition, and ultimarly if necessary Revolution.
Thoses who love freedom should prepare for the worse, while Washington has become despotic, we have states and its time we start aggressively using them. We need to Finnish re-positioning them and ourselves so that we may be prepared to fight for our rights to the death.
We may be losing to the corruption of Washington and of a large share of our population, but the honest folks can and must vote with their feet, and everything else. We can preserve a land of the free somewhere for our posterity, just it seems, likely not here.
No.
Debbie Blabbermouth Schultz is a joke.
...And guilty as sin.
Yechh. What a pig.
I can’t even stand to see a picture of that traitorous piece of sh** John Roberts anymore.
Then there’s, like, holistic medicine, man. The government won’t pay for the Gikuyu witch doctor I gotta go to Kenya to see for my, like, out-of-sync astral form.

From her nasty demeanor it is obvious that she - given the opportunity - would gladly inflict pain and suffering upon those who would "abuse" the wonderful Obamacare system.
I provided you the list of Congresscritters who currently rent vehicles out of their office allowance and lo and behold Debbie isn't on there.
Congressional office allowances are well known ~ and ever since the guy with the furniture in his basement and the BCC scandal they've supposed to have been more closely regulated.
There is no program to rent each and every Representative a car ~ there is a office allowance that seems to have been used to rent some Representatives a car for some purpose ~ john Conyers is a well known thief so there's no surprise he used his allowance to rent his kid a car ~ but these people renting cars are a small number of Representatives.
So, let me ask it this way, where do you get the idea that Debbie is renting a car?
The dead eyes. All the Obamazombies has them.
Leftists solve poverty by making it illegal.
Thanks for all that info. There is no way I want to try to make heads or tails out of a 2500 page bill.
Does anyone have a link to where in obamcare this law is in print?
This supposedly starts the first of the year. Lots riding on getting rid of zero care, taking the senate and the presidency.
These people think they are gods pronouncing from on high!
