Yup. Look at the taxes.
Even if it is repealed, we still have a SC decision that states that the federal government has the power to FORCE you to do anything it wants as long as they call the penalty for non-compliance a tax.

Then what ?
The legal precedent remains.
The Federal Govt. can do anything and everything , it can even force you to buy goods and services under penalty of law. You may enjoy a brief respite but the weapons to punish remain to be used any time.

You are not mandated to drive 55 mph. It’s only a suggestion but you’ll be taxed more the faster you drive over the “suggestion”. Feel better? I don’t.
The Commerce Clause is a juggernaut. Raich v. Gonzales saw to that. And anyway, a Federal Government powerful enough to tell you that you CAN’T buy something is certainly powerful enough to tell you that you HAVE to buy something.
