We still have the law suits against Obamacare from the Catholic Church for infringment of their religious rights.
They just corrected it. You can refuse to comply but MUST then pay the tax.
Not quite. It was 6-3: Kennedy did us in. Roberts may have joined the majority only so he could write the opinion and limit the damage. It’s a sad day for the republic, but until we see the details I’d not blame Roberts for perfidy.
