The Bush family has been the destruction of the Republican party. As much as Obama likes to blame Bush for everything, in a way, he’s got a point.

Would you not agree this is a strictly constitutional decision? In other words, Justice Roberts agreed that it’s outside the reach of the Commerce Clause but not outside Congress’s constitutionally-granted power to tax?

Few people realize that we have to dismantle 99% of these government agencies and the laws that authorize them, at all levels of government: abolish government schools, the EPA, IRS, FEC, HUD, TSA, OSHA, dept of energy, dept of education etc. keep only customs, tariffs, military, and border control ,police and courts, abolish everything else
There is no peaceful way to do that now.
