The best they could do was one bad camo pattern for everywhere.

You mean there is no such thing as “Universal” Camoflage? The colors that work well in the Desert don’t work so well in a woodlands, and those colors that work well in a tropical location don’t work so well in the Artic?

The first thing I would do is look into John Murtha's ventures in 2008 or so into clothing companies making camouflage uniforms.
