The House is scheduled to vote on recommendations that Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. be held in contempt of Congress on Thursday, according to House Republican aides.
Republican leaders plan to bring the issue to the floor on Thursday, meaning lawmakers likely will vote on contempt charges on the same day that the U.S. Supreme Court is slated to announce its ruling on the constitutionality of the 2010 health-care reform law.

Why the wait?
Not sure, but imagine leftie heads spinning as first SCOTUS chops down the health care mandate and then two hours later the house holds Holder in contempt.
Might even be enough to drive Dumb0 to choom in public!
Will have to take a vacation day on Thurs just to sit in my underwear with huge bag of cheetos and the TV tuned to C-SPAN!
I’m just hoping the whole law is shot down, so that unsupported portions are not rammed through despite being unfunded by forced participation.
This is a massive destroyer of a government program.
BJ was impeached and that went a long way. This will go just as far.
Do NOT count your chickens. This is a criminal regime that pays no attention or even gives lip service to the “law”, let alone the Constitution.
BJ wasn’t impeached or held in contempt just a few months prior to the ‘96 elections.
Americans believe 2:1 that Dumb0 over-reached himself with the Executive Privilege decision.
66% want Dumb0Care overturned.
That large majority are going to be feeling a lot better about the country’s direction by Thursday afternoon.
Not good news. Looks like they are waiting for the last minute so they can get out of town.
Actually, opinions are released based on the seniority of the justice writing the opinion.
And I’m not feeling one bit secure about John Roberts. I think he may be compromised, taking orders from Soros. I guess we’ll see, but I’m dreading Thursday.

Just be careful you don’t get all that orange powder all over the remote. LOL
Anyway, I hope you’re right about both results. I’m 90% sure the House will vote for contempt. The death care law, I’m not so sure.
The Supremes have an opportunity to slap down this two-bit tyrant. Judging from the Arizona decision today, I’m not sure they have the balls.
Lost in all of this is justice (or lack thereof) for Brian Terry's death. His loved ones have waited far too long for answers. It pains me, though, that after all this, Holder, his boss and the others still won't be held unaccountable. Assuredly, the Senate won't convict Holder and I don't think anyone has the wherewithal to bring Obama to justice. I only hope that they will be judged by their Maker.
I'm not holding my breath that it's our side. Even if they hold him in contempt, that's nothing but a piece of paper. Will they step up and inforce it? I doubt it.
