GREENVILLE, SC – A grieving mother told a South Carolina court she was slapped with several bills, including one to clean the street after her son was killed by a drunken driver last year.
Loretta Robinson spoke on June 19 of the emotional and financial toll her son Justin Walker's death had on her as the driver Anna Gonzales, who is an illegal immigrant, pleaded guilty in the case.

House Republicans should write a Federal law that allows citizens to sue the Federal government (as well as local governments with Sanctuary Cities) for damages caused by illegals and trot out REAL victims of them on camera like the Dems do all the time. Make them responsible much like you are responsible for your pets.
Where’s the media, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson on this one? The victim was black, but I guess because the perp was an illegal, and not described as White/Hispanic, there wasn’t anything to claim racism over. Maybe Trayvon’s mother could donate some of the dough she’s managed to milk from the public.
This mother needs to personally sue Janet Napolitano and Eric Holder, for not enforcing the border.

Every person who is victimized by someone here illegally - that the feds refused to do anything about to stop - needs to PERSONALLY sue the officials who are breaking their oaths.
The cleaning out the Catholic Church experienced because they weren’t stringent enough in cleaning out their ranks... should become chicken feed, compared to what Janet Napolitano and Eric Withholder get sued for very, very soon. The blood is on their hands. Theirs alone. That’s what SCOTUS just ruled.
To them I say: Enjoy that sole responsibility you now have, combatants in office. And the taxpayers had BETTER NOT be paying to defend you in court either. This needs to come off your OWN STINKIN’ DIME!
Then EVERY DAY Eric Withholder and Janet Napolitano should be served with lawsuits for 7 families who are suing them for every red cent they have - for wrongful deaths, as a direct result of these officials, who now bear the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY for protecting US citizens from attack by a foreign invasion, refusing to do their jobs.
I am dead serious. Every one of these people needs to file a personal wrongful-death lawsuit against Withholder and Napolitano, like the Zapata family did. Every one.
