$449,000? That’s some nice compensation!
Karen Klein should take that almost half a million in donations, make some solid investments, and take a vacation for the rest of her life.
“The best revenge, is living well”
I have no sympathy for those little freaks.
And? We are supposed to be upset about this?
I would put all the young perpetrators in shocking pink uniforms, shave their heads and put them to work scrubbing town sidewalks with toothbrushes.
THAT might make them reassess their views on taunting people.
There's going to be a whole lotta schlubs trying to recreate the circumstances as part of a get-rich-quick scheme.
Their parents will end up suing her personally. Nothing like a liberal’s greed.
The people making death threats are worse than what the boys did.
And so it goes.

My reaction to this:
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYES!
I hope for at least a year, they are huddled in their beds every night, blankets over their head, jumping out of their skin at the sound of every bug that bumps against the window screen, thinking it’s the person who’s going to come and snuff them out. I’m not saying I hope it actually happens, but I hope they live in fear long enough to learn a lesson they will never forget. They need it. And their parents should be ashamed of themselves for raising such disgusting little roaches.
That being said, if my son did this, he wouldn’t have to worry about any death threats, because Mrs. FD and I would kill him.
She is at 522k now
Over 523 now.
It really is coming in that fast.
I’m just curious - what exactly was the woman’s “job” on the bus?
I never rode a bus as a kid, and my kids don’t have elderly ladies on their busses.
To monitor these miscreants.
Why are people sending her money?
-—$449,000? Thats some nice compensation!
This represents the good-hearted people of this country, but the effort is misdirected —it represents appeasement/surrender.
These kids should be scrubbing the bathroom with a toothbrush. Period.
But the situation today is no different from what I witnessed in my junior high school years, back in the early ‘70s, in a wealthy suburb with the proverbial “great school system.” It was more like “Lord of the Flies.”
In the 1990s, I got my revenge by running for school committee in the same town. While the other candidates were talking about the new, futile, foreign language immersion program, I talked about how kids in junior high lived in fear, and how the bathroom mirrors were replaced by chrome plates, because the mirrors were constantly smashed.
The kids loved me. But the school personnel hated me, as did most parents. The experience was horrible, but one of my proudest moments. I lost in a landslide, was soon forgotten, and everything returned to normal.
It’s all in the news. School bus monitor is the name.
It started with a goal of 5k to give her a vacation, but it went viral.
