Exclusive: Joseph Farah explains why he won't buckle on Obama eligibility issue
Its clear Republicans in office and seeking office this year are not going to attack Barack Obama where he is most vulnerable his very legitimacy to hold office under the Constitution as a natural born citizen.
Hes not a natural born citizen.
At least by his own admission, he was a dual citizen at birth. Of course, Obama is not known for telling the truth or even the same lie.
Prior to presidential ambitions he apparently got in 2007, he and his literary surrogates boasted of his being Kenyan-born. I dont know if that story was true or not. But it really doesnt matter. It also doesnt matter where he was born, but there is great suspicion and plenty of evidence to suggest he is lying with his new cover story about a Hawaiian birth.
But lets suppose for a moment that the evidence of Obamas ultimate election fraud becomes overwhelming after he leaves office in 2013, assuming he is defeated and has the decency to do what all past defeated presidents have done throughout American history.
What then?
What will it tell the American people about the enabling Republicans who were too afraid to challenge Obama when it really counted?
What will it mean for all of the legislation Obama signed during his four years in office?
What will it mean for the U.S. Supreme Court justices appointed for life terms by Obama?
What if the indisputable facts become widely known or perhaps even proven in a court of law?
Will Republicans just go on with business as usual?
Will it change the course of American history?
Or will we still be in a position where we just cant talk about matters of constitutional

Correctomundo! Stop right here. The rest of what you say is unnecessary and will only confuse others as it did me.
If Obama is not a “Natural Born” citizen of the United States ........ Then WHO CARES what country he IS a citizen of?
I believe VERY STRONGLY that Obama is an ILLEGAL ALIEN (or just an alien from another planet. He may have been HATCHED). I digress.
“...nobody cares about the issue anymore...”
So what in your opinion is worthy of discussion? American Idol?
If I were you, I'd keep looking for another realization, then. There are worse things to fear, if you're into that sort of thing.
Original? That's tagline material, that is. I would suggest a simple correction:
"The truth is hate to those who hate the truth."
IT DOESN'T MATTER!!!!!!
STOP! with the “dual citizen” nonsense.
What matters, is that Obama was not a “natural born citizen” AT BIRTH! He wasn't! End of discussion!
What other countries, or your parents, bestow on you in the way of citizenship, has no bearing on your U.S. citizenship.
Let me repeat that!
************What other countries, or your parents, bestow on you in the way of citizenship, has no bearing on your U.S. citizenship. *************
Your U.S. citizenship is closely guarded by the United States. Your parents can't give it away. Other countries can't take it away. Your citizenship status is automatically protected for you. You must renounce it yourself in writing or by certain specified actions, such as joining a foreign military etc., and you must have attained the age of “majority”. (sometimes 18, certainly 21).
We are talking about Obama as a child, so he was not old enough to have his citizenship status changed by ANYONE, not even himself.

If he were not born in the U.S.A then it doesn't matter either. He can't be eligible for president if not born of the soil, physically born HERE!
He probably is not a NBC but this is NEVER going to matter...except to us that care...
or born of a jackal... just sayin’
Things worthy of dicussions are things that have a chance of happening or actually affecting something. I don’t see the point of living in an idealized fantasyland.
The idea that Obama would be removed from office before November, or removed from the ballot, is a delusional fantasy. That’s completely removed from the issue of whether he SHOULD be, it’s simply a reality of the current political structure and climate of the country (the “country” being a different entity than a group of conservative message boards and blogs).
It’s 1,000 times more a delusional fantasy that if Obama loses (which he probably will) that the issue would still be actually pursued afterwards, that judges that had been appointed by Obama would be removed, etc.
And I remain absolutely convinced that the average Birther, deep down (and they’d never admit it) would be disappointed if Obama simply lost the election, and would prefer that he win, so they can maintain the fantasy of his later removal from office due to legal action.
And as I’ve of course observed before, the Birther issue is completely worthless on the POLITICAL side (in terms of persuading people not to vote for Obama) because they only people that take it seriously are people that already didn’t vote for him in 2008 and certainly aren’t going to in 2012.
ANYONE who voted for Obama in 2008 considers birthers a bunch of kooks and no new evidence of any sort will change that. If they vote for Romney in 2012, it will because of the economy, etc., not because they doubt his legal status to be President.
I assure you the information has been kpet safe, and the law as it read in 1961 is the law of record. The father of record (whether he donated sperm or not) is a Kenyan national, so little barry bastard commie, aka Barack H. Obama, aka, Barry Soetoro, aka Barry Dunham is not nor ever will be a natural born citizen. The oath breakers sitting in House and Senate seats, and nine black-robed liars in the SCOTUS know he is not an NBC yet they gladly break their oath to OUR Constitution in order to allow the affirmative action fraud to continue in power. Now, ask yourself why so many are so willing to violate their oaths?
"Why does it say 9...9...9... right here?"
It was even the case when states individually controlled immigration. born in the usa made a person natural born citizen.
sorry, you're incorrect.
being born on US soil can make someone a US citizen... but NOT NECESSARILY a natural born citizen. if the person was born of foreign national parents, that person would be a dual citizen. OBVIOUSLY not a natural born citizen
the cold hard truth:
a natural born citizen is a citizen naturally, as there are no alternatives.
There is NO long form that was generated in 1961. There are fraudulently manufactured documents the little commie bastard has been using with the corrupt officials in Hawaii giving him the hall pass, but there is NO 1961 Long Form in Hawaii ... unless Abercrombie has been able to slip the latest forgery intot he files, but of course there will be telltale data points to reveal that fraud also. But it matters not a whit any longer because the oath violators in DC have canceled OUR Constitution.
I think it is likely Frank Marshall Davis is the father and he was born in Kenya. That would make him a natural born, with two US citizens as parents, problem is they covered it up, BC might say unknown for father.
I would add judges to your list as well. Or just maybe the Constitution doesn't say what you think it says. I'd venture to say that at least 90% of the population don't see anything in the Constitution or the law that requires citizen parents to be eligible which make those who do believe that to be a fringe element....no better than the occupy wall street protesters.
Since when is Hawaii another country? You would be correct if we could prove that nobamma was born in Kenya.
If it comes to that, judges and politicians will interpret the term “natural born citizen” so as to make him eligible. It would be too embarrassing for them to concede that they just stood by silently and let an unqualified person serve as president for a full term.
If necessary, they could interpret natural born citizen to include an Irish potato.
With Rubio waiting in the wings? NEVER!
Not until all convicted traitors are swinging from trees on the national mall.
Probably because they are NOT breaking their oaths.
Your condemnation of all nine judges and all members of congress for not believing what YOU believe is dogmatic in the least and insane at the worst.
Would you be AS upset if you believed the moon was made out of cheese and they disagreed with you on that as well? There is no proof that the moon is made out of cheese and there is no proof that presidents require citizen parents...it's all in your head. I'd get it seen to!
