Back on April 23rd, 2000 Fox News’ Andrew Napolitano had a few questions for (then Deputy) Attorney General Eric Holder. Here they are thanks to The Media Research Center :
Napolitano : Tell me, Mr. Holder, why did you not get a court order authorizing you to go in and get the boy (Elian Gonzalez)?
Holder : Because we didn’t need a court order. INS can do this on its own.
Napolitano : You know that a court order would have given you the cloak of respectability to have seized the boy.
Holder : We didn’t need an order.
Napolitano : Then why did you ask the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals for such an order if you didn’t need one?
Holder : [Silence]
Napolitano : The fact is, for the first time in history you have taken a child from his residence at gunpoint to enforce your custody position, even though you did not have an order authorizing it. When is the last time a boy, a child, was taken at the point of a gun without an order of a judge…Unprecedented in American history.”
Holder : “He was not taken at the point of a gun.”
Napolitano : “We have a photograph showing he was taken at the point of a gun.”
Holder : “They were armed agents who went in there who acted very sensitively…”
This “sensitivity” consisted of the INS macing, kicking, and gun-butt their way into Lazaro Gonzalez's house on the morning of April 22, 2000, wrenching a bawling 6-year-old child from his family at machine-gun point and bundling him off to Castro’s Stalinist fiefdom, leaving 102 people injured, some seriously.

Eric Holder - Hitman for the DeMafia.
My guess is the time will come when this man gets the reward he deserves
The whole DNC might have a special place on Judgement Day. I don’t know because it is not up to me. I just want to see the replay.

Did you know this?
It is amazing that anyone of Spanish heritage would vote for O’Bummer and his Chicago mob!
AG Eric Holder was responsible for 168 deaths in the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing and more

Documents obtained by Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit show then Clinton Deputy Attorney General Eric Holder authorized members of the FBI to provide explosives to Oklahoma City bombing criminals Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols immediately prior to the April, 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah building.
Holder had authorized the FBI to provide the explosives to McVeigh and Nichols in conjunction with a Clinton Administration undercover operation named PATCON, an acronym for Patriot Conspiracy. As Jesse Trentadue describes it, PATCON was designed to infiltrate and incite militia[s] and evangelical Christians to violence so that the Department of Justice could crush them.
Both Waco and Ruby Ridge are now known to have been PATCON inspired, Department of Justice plots. Shortly after the Oklahoma City bombing, Holder instructed FBI agents to recover from Terry Nichols any remainder of the explosives the Bureau had provided him and McVeigh.
To the chagrin of Eric Holder, the explosives were later discovered by another agency, complete with the fingerprints of both Nichols, McVeigh and 2 FBI agents.
Holder had reportedly offered Nichols respite from the death penalty for his cooperation in recovering the explosives. Obviously the Deputy Attorney General considered covering up his criminal complicity in the bombing eminently worth sparing Nichols just punishment for the murders of 168 innocent Americans.
Jesse Trentadue accidentally came across PATCON while investigating the murder of his brother Kenneth at the hands of the Clinton Department of Justice.
An FBI informant familiar with the Oklahoma City bombing story, Kenneth was found hanged in his cell after having been jailed by the FBI. Though an official FBI report had listed Kenneth as a suicide, it was obvious that he had been severely beaten and his throat cut .
Possibly the Spanish folk do not associate the kidnapping of the boy to Holder and the democrats. When the democrats have used up the Spanish they will be kicked to the curb just like Cindy Sheehan.
This group of leftest, marxist want to destroy America as it was founded, and they are doing a fine job of it now.
Wow! I’d completely forgotten that Holder was involved in this (one of the most disgraceful incidents in the history of our government).
This is a despicable act and one that brings infamy on those associated with it. It’s etched deeply in my mind. That said, a father does have rights, just not under communism. That Holder made it to USAG after this abuse of power tells you just how dirty Washington really is.
Absolutely.
Yes a Father has rights.
But Elian wasn’t being held in some compound. He was available to be peaceably picked up at any time. His caregivers made that clear.
The Clinton administration went in with blunt force anyway.
I did not know that about PATCON and Holder as ‘bomb-runner’ to McVeigh. Thanks for posting.
And a lot of those 168 deaths were black children. I cannot imagine what it takes for this racist creep to rationalize that record. To this day I still wonder if Timothy McVeigh is alive on an island somewhere. That none of this came out at his confirmation hearing shows just how far we have to go.
This man should hang, publicly. The fires of hell are too good for him.
Easy, easy, I get it and got it then. I was simply pointing out the absurdity of the idea. You cannot compare rights in liberty to “rights” in tyranny.
Liberals have lost it and are completely compromised by the doctrine of dictatorship.
>>>I pray the day will come when an adult Elian will renounce the Cuban government and become a free man.>>>
I have prayed every day since Elian was kidnapped that he will remember his glorious reception by the ex-Cubans in this country and be able to resist the Cuban government’s regime.
The one thing that the Clinton administration avoided, once Castro let it be known he wanted Elian returned, was to give Elian's father the option of joining Elian in the U.S. Elian's father was never free when he was in the U.S.--he was always accompanied by some of Castro's guards.
There was a Catholic nun who was initially in favor of Elian being sent back to Cuba, until she met Elian's grandmother and saw the fear in her eyes.
Tomorrow’s headline... “Holder escapes to Cuba; Receives welcome greeting from Castro!”
