SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - An attorney for local law enforcement in two polygamous towns along the Utah-Arizona border says the U.S. Justice Department plans to sue both communities, claiming religious discrimination.
Lawyer Blake Hamilton tells The Associated Press the Justice Department informed him Thursday of the pending civil rights lawsuit against the towns of Hildale, Utah, and Colorado City, Ariz.

It is truly amazing how a non-Mormon “knows” so much about Mormonism! I am 71 years old, and I was born and raised as a Mormon. While it is no longer my faith of choice, your ignorance (or perhaps is just your looney born again Christian mentality) of Mormonism is astounding! I am not an apologist for Mormonism, but neither am I going to go out of my way to trash it or those that still wish to believe. Lots of people have left Mormonism but few take the time to trash it as you have. So I am not going to apologize for seeing you for what you are, a vicious person who is on a vendetta.
I guess like me, you feel hoodwinked by the Mormon Church, but unlike me, you fee some internal need to lash out at it, I don’t. Since it doesn’t matter to me any more, I don’t want to use the time I have left on this earth, running it down.

I just used that analogy this morning. If Christians vote for romney, it is no different than when the Israelites demanded a King like the world had. There descendants ended up idol worshipers. We criticized democrats who said they were pro-life when they voted for a pro-abortion candidate. How are we any different if we chose man over God's law? Are we willing to win at all cost, including our souls?
When polls came out that people did not care about what Clinton did, I was shocked. I wondered what happened to decent people? Then when he won I always felt that somehow our country would pay for accepting sin. Our morals have only declined over the years. If you would have told me 2 years ago that some conservatives will be voting for someone who is pro-abortion, pro-gay marriage, pro-gay adoption....tarp, cap&trade, global warming.....,I would have never believed you. Now I find myself preparing to change my party affiliation from republican to independent. It's like the world has gone crazy, and their are only a few sane people left.
