President Obama's contempt for the rule of law hit a new low when, on the eve of a vote to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress, he granted his AG's 11th-hour request to hide sought-after documents on Operation Fast and Furious under the cover of executive privilege.

E-mails are never completely deleted, there’s always a copy somewhere.
But Republicans should take the Administration to court, and demand they prove WHY executive privilege can be invoked here - they only way they can do that is to admit the WH was involved, which means Congress can then nail Holder on perjury.
Both Obama and Holder have denied having any knowledge of F&F so why is Obummer now seeking executive privilege? Who and or what are they wanting to hide? They surely wouldn’t go out on a limb to cover for a 2nd or third level political appointee. No, it is Obama and Holder they are seeking to cover.

Congress did nothing substantial to hold the Clinton cartel accountable for it’s crimes, so why should we expect anything different today?
