This is an admission that the President knew and approved and that the proof is in the documents. Impeach them both.
Not really. This is not a surprise. Issa has a game plan. It is rumored he already has the docs from a whistleblower.
Along with other restrictions, if the documents do not include Obama then there can be no executive privelege. By exerting executive privelege, Obama has now incriminated himself by saying he was directly involved in these communications.
As we all know, exec. privelege cannot be used to hid criminal activity. We know F&F is a criminal enterprise (murder of Brian Terry, specifically).
By my understanding, the President is now on the hook for authorizing / being more directly involved in Terry’s murder.

I was thinking something similar. We now have the worst of all worlds in this administration: a combination of Carter and (now) Nixon.
Issa is dropping the HAMMER. Sweet.
Oblunder has now played into the realm of the consummate politician: Bill Clinton.
He knows Hillary should have won, he also knows where all the info is to sink any re-election chance for Oblunder. Expect more 'Deep Throat" type info to come out from that camp.
By citing EP, Oblunder has put himself ABOVE the law in a Congressional criminal investigation.
Nixon was forced to resign because he tried to do EXACTLY the same thing.
Oblunder was/is complicit in entire F&F affair, and Holder has been stonewalling to hide it.
If even a hint of Oblunder guilt comes to the surface, either he will get dumped for Hillary(possibly) or lose in the biggest landslide since Reagan/Mondale.
Mitt needs to keep his mouth shut about it, saying "Let the wheels of Justice have their day." It's not a political hammer until there is something to hammer on.
