This is what SHOULD happen to perverts. They are repeaters. That’s why we track them.

Father of the Year.
I agree.
And BTW, I wonder what the documentation status was of the honored guest who raped the daughter...

Perhaps child rape would diminish if parents were allowed to do the same to the molesters of their children.

So how long before Holder orders an investigation of the violation of the molester civil rights?

A second after I posted the article I noticed the liberal rag Daily News said the psycho was an “alleged molester”. Nothing alleged about it. Eye witnesses accounts colaborate everything that happened.

I read that he was here legally with a green card..
Doesn’t change the fact that the young father did the absolutely right thing.
My heart goes out to his family. This will affect all of them for the rest of their lives...

Not to mention that he was found with his pants down - and the assault was verified by the hospital when the little 5 year old was examined.

He’s got my vote (for Father of the Year). I’d like to shake his hand, buy him a beer, and thank him for cleaning up streets by taking that filth off of them.

One can only hope the molester felt excruciating pain as he was being beaten to death. Hopefully he’s experiencing even greater agony in the pits of hell right now.

Every state has it's good days and it's bad days - this was a GREAT day in Texas!
A father protected his child from an assault and at least four of the twelve Grand Jury members (I would like to think all twelve) looked at the situation and used common sense to determine that any other person in the same situation would have probably done the same or similar.
I have hope for America, as long as we continue to have Texas!

I nominate him for the 2012 Ellie Nesler award...
From Wikipedia...
“Elena Starr “Ellie” Nesler (August 2, 1952 December 26, 2008) shot and killed her son's accused molester in a Jamestown, California, courtroom during the preliminary hearing on the charges against him. She served 3 years of a 10-year sentence and was released after an appeal based on jury misconduct. Rather than opting for a retrial, she pleaded guilty to a lesser charge and was paroled with time served.”

Father of the Year.
Agreed. Dad's everywhere should be praying that their daughters will not have to endure what this little girl did and that they won't have to respond. Thankfully this Dad was there. Thankfully this little girl will grow up knowing her Daddy took care of her. And knowing what it is like to have a strong man. A real Dad. I pray the trauma she endured will ease over time and be soothed by the strong arms of her dad and come to know her heavenly father.

This is why I believe the local LEOs and reporters, to their credit, have kept personal info concerning the father at a bare minimum.

How could they prosecute? You’re not going to be able to seat a jury to convict.
