I think Romney is right. We share the opinion about Obama — he a naturally a coward, afraid of any confrontation where HE would have to lay it on the line, especially ahead of an election he is going to lose. He is also more worried about what the Muslim/Islamic world thinks of him, rather than real Americans and other Western peoples.
He is destructive, dangerous, useless and not an American patriot.
As for why Jews vote Democrat: - and for a Muslim-lover like Obama?
Not being Jewish I can only speculate that it is partly based on the misconception by many Jews that the GOP represents the WASP 'establishment' that has usually been hostile to Jews while the Democrats represent the 'underdog'. That conception is almost absurd, today but old habits apparently die hard when it comes to the 'Jewish vote'. In addition, I suspect that many younger American Jews aren't all that concerned about the fate of Israel. That is almost tragic but seems to be the case. However, Obama has been so hostile to Israel that many Jewish DNC contributors have snapped their wallets shut this time out and some Jews apparently are taking a second look at Romney (the epitome of a WASP - or, in his case, a WASM).
What will Romney do for the Gentile nation of Israel?
Weren’t Nazis consdered to be “right-wingers” especially compared to Socialist and Communist. Does that have anything to do with it.
Also, like Democrats many Germans were very racist back in the day?
If you all have not read the article from the NY times, it seems that Romney and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu have been friends for 36 years. That “may” help with the Jewish vote. I think is says volumes of the support we will be lending to Israel under a Romney administration. http://www.jpost.com/USPresidentialrace/Article.aspx?id=265307
One problem is that 0bummer wants Iran to get nukes. He probably thinks it’s unfair for the US to have them
I have had this explained this to me. I apologize that I cannot recall why this is, but it seems that the Jewish community in America does not have any interest in the Israel of today.
Ben Shapiro was discussing that very subject on Heidi Harris' show on KRLA in Los Angeles this week. Ben pointed out that many of these "Jewish" voters are only Jewish twice a year. (i.e. only at Passover and Yom Kippur.) As he pointed out, if you take away the religious tag, all you're left with are liberal, white, urban voters. There's no reason why this block of liberal, urban whites would be more friendly toward Israel than any other group of liberal, urban whites. I've also heard Dennis Prager say that the older members of this group are, in their heads, still voting for FDR or JFK. They don't see an anti-Semite when they look at Obama; they see Roosevelt.
It is infuriating for the socialists that evangelical Christians are better friends of Israel than most American Jews.
To use a Clintonian image, they have been triangulated.
Knee-jerk reflex, hard-wired mindset. I see it in the previous generation of my own family.
Romney is right. He needs to be careful though. Idon’t think there’s much reason to personally attack Obama. Let him run against his own dismal record.

Does Romney have a solid pro Israel background? If he does, this is extremely important.
Yes, I heard him say that today.
I didn’t realize he was such a good friend of Neta....
That’s another big plus for him in my book.
Obama and Islam...who knew?
American Jews seem far removed from the concerns of Israel. Seems to me one’s ancestral homeland, especially with Israel’s magnitude of importance on several fronts, would be an important issue to them, but it ranks well below Priority #1: Electing liberal dems to political office.
