I think this contempt vote is terrific. They can squeeze his nuts in a vice. If he stonewalls (like John Mitchell), he’ll draw attention away from what the c.r.e.e.p. is doing, and possibly eventually paralyze the wh. A more honorable man would have already resigned. Maybe Holder is afraid of losing power - power that protects him?

The issue now has become whether the congress has oversight authority over the administration.

If the congress does not do it's job and impeach Holder, then they should resign.

It is now too late to "negotiate" with Holder on what he will allow them to see. Congress either has the authority to the information on a timely basis or it does not. which is it?
