It's all coming together.
It sure seems as if the “truce” simply put “Constitutional
Conservatives” in an open season.
There is something even more insidious to their position than simply their feelings of being smugly superior - these individuals claim to have a love of this country, yet are behaving in ways that belies their claim. There is an internal war taking place within the borders of the U.S., and these individuals are providing aid and comfort to the internal enemies of freedom and liberty.
Go pull that plank out of your eye, chief.

Those voting for Goode thinkig he will get at best .05 percent of TJE vote are delusional beyond words.
Fortunately, as each day passes, they become more irrelevant.
True conservatives know that Obama has to go, and Romney is the path.
This is no longer cutting off your nose to spite your face as they did with Bush and McCain...not getting behind Romney is sawing off your entire head.
Stupidity is not a principle!
Now now, grits or plain hominy are great with a little salt and some butter, or cheese (as in Wisconsin).
Sorry, but voting for Romney will not result in “freedom and liberty.”
All this newfound Romney-love is pathetic!
That was inevitable.
Who did you vote for in 2008?
And so the yack continues in endless circles.
“I couldn’t live with myself if I gave Romney the nod, but you don’t dare try to scare me with what a spoiler vote always does!”
Hey Freepers,
Stop letting cripplecreek and svcw get under your skin. Their candidate did not win the nomination, apparently, and unlike rational thinking people, they can’t get over it. Let them vote for Virgil Goode and bring his national total to 17 votes. That’s not going to affect the Election outcome. IGNORE THEM!!
Just who would you, cableguymn, suggest has more of a chance to beat Obozo than Romney? Hmmm??? Virgil Goode? A man with NO national name recognition? Or, some write in candidate? If the Republican nominee doesn’t have any chance against Obozo, then no one does. The attitude against the only viable candidate who is running against Obozo is frightenly ignorant.
Your forgetting the 100% chance that if it blows up with Mitt a the helm the republicans will be blamed for EVERYTHING.
We need someone who will cut government now, whole departments GONE.
Romney will do nothing to fix the spending problem.
he’ll be rearranging chairs while the titanic sinks.
CC, you know it doesn’t do any good to try to explain why you aren’t supporting Romney to the ABOs and their broken record responses. You know in your heart that you are making the right decision as do I.
Same 5%-ers do this crud every election. They are lost in the 35% of the electorage that never vote.
Nothing to bother paying any attention to, just losers acting out.
