It's all coming together.
Why? Because they are not! I’m going to vote for Romney for my own reasons. You can legitimately accuse me of supporting Romney in that regard. But if some doesn’t vote for Obama or Romney, you cannot legitimately accuse them of supporting Obama. Their vote will not defeat Obama, but it certainly is not supporting Obama. Stop making that specious accusation, it has the effect of insulting people who are your fellow freepers, at least for now your fellow freepers.
I must have really stated it poorly!

I believe Romney definitely has the best chance to beat the Obamanation and will vote accordingly.
*Beat Obama*

Those Mitt supporters must have done something extraordinary to get zotted. I’m a Mitt supporter (reluctant). I started with Cain, then went to Newt. Now I’m stuck with Mittens, but believe Obama is *far* more dangerous to the country than he is.
I have not been zotted for my stance. Haven’t even received a warning.
So if you think JimRob is zotting Romney people solely for the amusement of you anti-Romney folks, get over it. I don’t believe for a minute he’s as capricious as that.
The Mitt supporters will not be zotted.
Jim is disappointed in our nominee but he’s not crazy.
He doesn’t want to be left with a site containing the lunatic fringe of the world.
If he did, he would have zotted me because I’ve annoyed him but he’s stuck with me.
Oh My God.
I will not stop making that accusation.
Because it’s true.
You must know deep down in some part of your brain that everyone who wants to get rid of Obama must vote for the person who is running against him.
Anyone who does not vote for Romney — for whatever noble or crazy reason they can dream up — is, in effect a vote for Obama.
I wish you Anybody But Romney people would just admit you prefer Obama.
I don’t think you’re looking at it correctly:
- If you cast one vote for Romney, Obama needs two votes to win.
- If you stay home, Obama needs only one vote to win.
Of course, if you live in NY or CA, it won’t matter a bit whom you vote for. But in other states where it can be close (say, Florida in 2000), to say a non-vote for Romney does not help Obama, is not correct.
‘Lunatic fringe’? You just can’t help yourself, you have to toss in some little insult to those who will not dance to your music. And your cloying remarks about Jim Robinson ring hollow given your posting history at other sites. Ease off, please.
Actually, the difference between Romney and Obama is that one is a decent person and the other is a cheap Chicago street punk. It makes *ALL* the difference in the world!

The goal ought to be to get enough votes for Romney that Obama does not have more. Deriding fellow freepers for not voting for Romney and not voting for Obama isn't adding any votes to Romney's totals, but such dissonance among conservatives may in fact be suppressing the voter turnout, which tends to favor the democrat candidate because the democrats have so many fraudulent votes they can already count on.
Of course all of this discussion may be moot since a Soros owned compnay in Spain will be counting our votes. Stalin may be getting an 'attaboy' in the midst of his screaming torments.
With the election of Romney any pretense of an “opposition party” is gone. There are enough spineless folks in the GOP congress who will never vote against a sitting President from the same party.
The Dems will just smile while putting on a song and dance about being “bipartisan” as they get everything they want without lifting a finger, trust me they don't care if it's Obamacare or Romneycare, as long as they have something to use...
Cloying?
Dance to my tune?
No. I’m sorry. I obviously hurt your feelings. I didn’t mean to.
I am just passionate about getting rid of Obama.
Quite often I get carried away with my rhetoric. Sorry.
I’m not deriding anyone. But some people are of the idea that if they vote for nobody or go third party, that it does not change the equation at all.
I’m simply pointing out, for anyone who wishes to think it through, that that is demonstrably untrue.
- If I vote for Romney, Obama needs two votes (legitimate or manufactured) to win.
- If I vote third party, Obama needs only one vote (legitimate or manufactured) to win.
No, a non-vote for Romney is not a *direct* vote in support of Obama. But a non-vote for Romney makes it easier for Obama to win.
There are a lot of groups for Obama.
Leftists and socialists.
Gay activists.
Hollywood liberals.
A majority of blacks and some other minorities.
I just find it odd to discover a group called: Conservatives for Obama
Ya know for one caught in a lie the other day you sure do spout off a lot...
Don’t you need to get back over to truebluebitchaboutfreerepublic and call FR an asylum again?
No, I can do that here.
“Apparently some here on FR seem perfectly happy with are actively promoting the idea of Obozo for another four years.”
And is the process destroying the country and FreeRepublic ta boot.
