New thread so we can keep this at the top of the breaking news sidebar.
Please posts updates here.
Fox News to report the winner in mins. Walker is looking good
Walker is crushing his 2010 margins everywhere - I’m beginning to think the race will be called in the next 30 minutes or so.
Overhere...
I went to this site:
http://www.jsonline.com/news/statepolitics/152346265.html
And started comparing the percentages to the Supreme Court race last year (Prosser), as that was close to a 50-50 race. In every county I’ve looked at so far, Walker is exceeding Prosser’s percentage significantly. The only way he loses is if turnout is much higher this time in the Dem areas relative to the GOP areas. Except the turnout was intense a year ago, so I don’t see that being different on the Dem side this time.
results coming in fast and furious
Take that, Holder!
Walker - 61% (209,968)
Barrett - 39% (134,856)
Intrade has Walker at 95% to WIN
On a news source I saw that the ONE party out spent the other party to a margin of 8 to 1... Does anyone have a link to this?
Bump.
Too close to call? 19% reporting and it’s Walker 60-39?
LOL! When I saw the previous thread locked I assumed the Rats had crashed the site!! Thanks for all the great info and comments! Of course, big thanks go to Jim Rob for the venue!! Go Walker!!
With only 16.5% of precincts reporting:
Walker 60.5 234k
Barrett 38.9 150k
Still early days though, expect it to tighten a lot this is not over.
Scroll down below that article and they have a live ticker.
Walker holding at 61% with 18% reporting on FOX.
For which purpose, prevention or entertainment? :)
19% in, 61% for Walker, 39% for the Dhimmi.
Wonderful! I live in Florida and have been in WI exactly once in my life, but we’re all watching this.
The fact that Wisconsin voters strongly oppose recall elections unless for malfeasance in office indicates the Democrats are going to get their head handed to them on a plate tonight.
I would go there to see that.
I don’t think that 61% will hold, but if it does or even comes close to it, Obama is (milk) toast in November. I know he’s a milk toast now, but it’ll have a different connotation then.
