When I was a little guy my grandfather used to take me to a parades, there were horses, Cowboys, Indians, clowns, old cars, military, our flag, free candy and on and on. It was a fun show, not a fracking freak show being presented as normal.

Look at those photos, THAT is a disgrace... THAT is also what the rest of the world now sees as America, THAT is what they are now seeing our military turn into.

My grandfather lied about his age to join in the fighting for our country in WWII. He was in the Navy for 20 years. THIS IS NOT THE AMERICA he fought for or the America his buddies died for.

Let’s see. The Salt Lake City metropolitan area has, according to the 2010 census, a population of 1,145,905 but less than half the population of Salt Lake City proper are members of the LDS Church today. That still leaves an estimated Mormon population of approximately 515,650. If over 300, let’s say we round that up to 325 “supposedly” practicing Mormons showed up for the Gay Pride parade; that would mean a whopping .06% of the total LDS in the area showed up.

Color me not particularly impressed by what some here are considering this overwhelming support by LDS of the “Pride Festival”.

Don’t forget for one minute that the LDS has had a bull’s eye on their backs for supporting Prop 8. Don’t forget that the abortion and homosexual lobby will do the same sort of thing to anyone who opposes their agenda. How many supposedly pro-gay Evangelical Christians and Catholics can and have been dug up for such events in other cities?

The march is in Salt Lake City, which votes democrat and comprises only a small part of the metro area, and probably has only a minority of voters that are LDS.

I know about threats to the Constitution such as the movement to deny the Right to Life, a movement to make certain perverted behavoirs protected classes with 'rights' above and beyond those guaranteed, a movement to destroy the 2nd Amendment, and various other movements aimed at weakening or misinterpreting the Constitution.

"Social Issues"? Is that how Matt Lauer, katie Couric or Tingles Matthews refer to the Constitutional issues I just mentioned? Maybe you better tune them out. A threat to the U.S. Constitution from a domestic enemy is as grave a threat to the U.S. Constitution/security from a foreign enemy, if not greater. I already laid out for you why I will not vote for Willard, and why your (and others) scare tactics ring hollow. Willard is a threat to the U.S. Constitution, only slightly less so than Hussein in many respects. The only difference is that Willard would have the cooperation of Congress. Yes, I am supporting Conservative candidates nationwide with efforts and $$$. The House and Senate is where we make our stand these next 4 years. The White house? Forget it.
