As evidence continues to emerge from the shooting death of Florida teenager Trayvon Martin, Americans are becoming more convinced that his killer acted in self-defense and that the legal system will come to that conclusion.
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 24% of American Adults still believe the man who shot Martin should be found guilty of murder. But that’s down from 33% in late March when the case first began to draw national headlines and 30% in early April.
Forty percent (40%) now think George Zimmerman, who has been charged with second degree murder in the Martin shooting, acted in self-defense. That’s up 25 points from 15% in March and up 16 points from 24% last month. Thirty-six percent (36%) remain undecided, compared to 55% two months ago.

Zimmerman only needs 8.3% of the jury to get a hung jury. So, if the current opinion is 40%, I’d say he’s in pretty good shape.
Yep. You can see it in certain sections of New Orleans which is 60% black. Forever victims. Forever Obamaites.
So does this figure mean that he can start a lawsuit for defamation ... make that lawsuitS.
24% are likely to say that they don’t believe ANYTHING the media say, for whichever side. These folks may wait for the verdict and hope the media at least get THAT right.
I tend toward a valid self-defense claim, but my source is the news, and who can be trusted there?
Oops. Sorry, my point still stands, but I am talking about the 36% who apparently have no position yet. The 24% are pretty whacked out, given that they give the media some credability and yet find a way to think that the self-defense claim has no merit.

If you recall... he wasn't. It was only after the Media began to agitate on behalf of... who? That's what I'd like to know. Who got a hold of this local Florida story and began blasting misinformation with national Media outlets?
Of the 24% who think it was “Murder”, 95% are black (same as % that voted for The Messiah)

Well, half that 24% are blacks, they will cry “murder” no matter what evidence there is. So, really, it’s only 12% of America that is functionally retarded.
