At the end of the day, he's right. Zero
will make the ballot, if he has to break the legs of
all the SoS's wife, kids and pets. It'll go just he way it did in GA.
From what I've read of the Secretary of States actions, he will accept most any assurance from HI officials about Zero's pedigree. A simple affidavit that a document exists. What's puzzling is HI announced a stonewall late this week. They are requesting the SoS prove he needs a certification. I don't get that...unless this is some sort of game.

The Republicans really screwed up when they put McCain up against Obama. It's not enough to have been a Viet Nam Prisoner and a so-called war hero to be a leader.....you also have to have integrity, honesty, and smarts...McCain has none of these. Too bad...he had a great VP running mate.

It is a game and a stall for time. But, like you wrote, in the end obama will be on the ballot, and due to the depth we have sunk as a Nation, stands at least a 50-50 chance of being re-elected.

Who died and made McStupid King of the Land? If he had done his job and vetted Obama like he was supposed to, then others would not have to do it for him. Slacker. Too bad he got re-elected.

Name Rank Serial Number, PERIOD. That is the tradition, but the reality is a little different. Having said that I have no respect whatever for the man after his despicable treatment of the families of MIA Vietnam Vets.

Name Rank Serial Number, PERIOD. Actually it is up to each Party to certify the eligibility of their candidate. Pelosie submitted 2 different statements certifying Zero and they have been posted elsewhere on FR many times.
We have more Freepers than ever here disrupting and pointing everywhere except to his eligibility, either by Birth or Non Citizen father, resorting to well maybe it was fraud, The President has presented no documents in any court that would subject himself to fraud.

“I thought many years ago that he was to be commended for his actions in Viet Nam.”
McCain isn’t held in very high regard by many of his fellow POWs because of his conduct as a POW. His friendship with the likes of MA. Senator John Kerry, post VN, is just another one of numerious reasons why.

Arizona citizens, why wasnt the maverick put out to pasture in 2010? We tried with a very good candidate J.D. Hayworth.
The media did not like him, too conservative and McCain had way to many chits to call in.

The alternative to McCain in 2008 would have been a Ma liberal named Mitt Romney.....Thank God we dodged that bullet...Oh wait!....................

So why the hell isnt Sheriff Joe turning his evidence over to law enforcement? He has done more than anyone that I know of. Look up your State Law concerning the forging of identifying document, then call/email your State Attorneys General's office and ask that they look into claims that Obama's BC and Draft Card are forgeries; and as such, are violating State laws prohibiting this. Cite the specific statue, para., & section...

I should call/email? What the hell are you talking about? Arpaio's the one with the evidence, and as Sheriff he certainly has more contacts and influence with law enforcement than I do.
If he's going to hold press conferences and sell books without making a single move toward following up with the authorities, all he's doing is hurting his own credibility. Pretending that others should do the job he's responsible for doing is a very lame excuse and will hurt the eligibility movement much more than helping it.
