A medical report compiled by the family physician of accused Trayvon Martin murderer George Zimmerman and obtained exclusively by ABC News found that Zimmerman was diagnosed with a "closed fracture" of his nose, a pair of black eyes, two lacerations to the back of his head and a minor back injury the day after he fatally shot Martin during an alleged altercation.

But Dr. Vidor Friedman, president of the Florida College of Emergency Physicians, remains unconvinced. “If somebody had been beating his head against concrete I’d think we’d see more obvious scrapes,” Friedman said. He also said he would expect to see bandages on Zimmerman’s head.
More significantly for Friedman was the condition of Zimmerman’s nose.
“All of the ridges in his nose are clearly defined. You would expect significant swelling in the hour or two after a break. There appears to be none. It doesn’t look like his nose was broken or badly broken,” Friedman said.

George Zimmerman is innocent. And it doesn’t matter what the outcome of his trial is, the American public is still going to defend itself.

Liberal Democrats have made their point with this Trayvon/Zimmerman incident: If you're white and you're attacked by a black thug, the thug has more friends in high places in our government than you do, so don't attempt to defend yourself. Just run like hell, if you can, but if you can't, just take your ass-whipping and hope he don't decide to kill you. Any attempt to defend yourself could possibly injure or kill the thug and the resulting expenditures for your legal defense will surely bankrupt you.

You know that means that he’s biased. That’s what will be trumped up.
I would think the charges would be dropped if self-defense is accepted. Stand your ground laws should give him immunity from criminal and civil suits if he acted in self defense.

Between Mike Nifong and Eric Holder I don’t have a lot of faith in prosecutors.
