Huge problem here: it’s ZIMMERMAN’S doctor.
You know that means that he’s biased. That’s what will be trumped up.
I'm sure this doctor is not in exclusive employment of GZ. The doctor would have no reason to lie, especially when such a lie can be proven by another doctor, by an X-ray, by videos and photos taken at the scene, etc. GZ owes him nothing. Why would the doctor go to jail for GZ? Most likely the doctor didn't even know what happened when he treated GZ; and GZ probably just said that he was beaten up.
No reasonable jury will believe that the doctor is biased.
